Why wasn't Obama or Eric Holder or Loretta Lynch impeached and convicted ?

That's right, Obama had Joe Biden as his insurance policy.

 

The Democrats haven't hated a GOP POTUS this much since Lincoln, who was even killed by one of them.

 

Obama should have been for the IRS Scandal, misuse of the IRS was one of Nixon's article of impeachment.

Well they had headlines with the threat for months now and here we have the hearings. Don't need to actually impeach, just keep bringing the "bombshells" till the election which isn't far away now. It's all about timing.

 

And the DNI for several reasons including the President is not subject to such whistleblower complaints declared this is NOT whistleblower complaint under the law and that means this person is not a whistleblower. And would you really convict someone on hearsay evidence anyway?

And Adam Schiff claimed he had the clear evidence of Russian collusion.

The only person stonewalling the Dems impeachment is Pelosi, did she call for a vote on the floor to begin an impeachment? Why not?

You all just sealed Trump's reelection, congrats. I couldn't be happier.

 

It means they have the power to fully investigate the president and get documents. It is the start of the official process. The vote for impeachment happens when they have clear evidence to bring to trial.

 

You can't impeach a president because you don't like him and you lost the 2016 election.

 

Not necessarily Presidents can put conditions and terms on foreign aid but there is no indication that occurred. Presidents have a responsibility to protect money we send to foreign govenrment from courrption, don't you agree. And Ukraine had a history of corruption, don't you agree. And Biden threatened and blackmailed the Ukraine government don't you agree. And Biden's son suddenly became very rich for no apparent reason at the hands of the Ukraine government don't you agree? That's reasonable suspicion to investigate to see if there was corruption at the highest levels and in order to have such an investigation requires the cooperation of the Ukraine government and their own internal investigation.

 

Did Pelosi call for a vote of the House on beginning a formal impeachment? That's the start of the official process.

Who is convicting anyone of anything? This is about withholding information from Congress.

It is NOT according to the law. The DNI doesn' get to decide if it's an "urgent concern"; the IG does. The DNI is then REQUIRED to forward the complaint to Congress within 7 days.

He is free to add comments like "I don't think this is an urgent concern", but he's not allowed to override the IG. The law says "shall foward". It doesn't say "shall review the complaint and, if he agrees with the IG assessment, forward it."

Are you deliberately trying to confuse things? By stonewalling we're talking about refusing to provide information to Congress as required by law. It's not "stonewalling impeachment."

 

No, Ukraine gave the info to the state department to relay to the Trump admin, but it was squelched.

The Benghazi cover up.

Issuing unlawful orders to U.S. Marines.

Telling illegal aliens to vote.

Dereliction of duty by not stopping Russia Russia Russia from meddling in the 2016 election.

Providing free room and board at the White House and a personal secret service detail with a motorcade for Valerie Jarrett.

Operating a brewery in the White House.

An unlawful watermelon patch on the White House grounds.

Allowing the White House to become invested with rats and cockroaches.

 

The congress has no right to the non-complaint, it did not meet the statutory requirements to be a complaint to be forwarded to the Congress. And every Dem in Congress wants to convict Trump and they are doing so on hearsay.

And the IG only refers it is sent to the DNI and OLC, they determined it did not meet the statutory requirements. There was no whistleblower complaint whatever this person accused did not satisfy the law.

And as Trey Goudy noted today the law says the DOJ shall prosecute any cases of contempt of congress, was Holder prosecuted?

It is only required if the complaint is legally a whistleblower complaint, the OLC said nope.

 

It is an intrical part. The core issue. Is Biden above the law, is he immune from investigation?

 

Only 9-1? That says a lot about what people think of Trump.

 

And guess what. NOTHING will get done in Congress now. No immigration reform, no healthcare reform, no welfare reform, this hogties the Congress as the Democrats will focus on nothing else.

 

In this threat, the core issue is... did Trump abuse his power. If Biden is guilty or not has nothing to do with this.
