Wow! The Pennsylvania legislature tells the SCOTUS our election was wrought with fraud and error so please accept Texas' suit and rule in their favor..

"...............outside actors have so markedly twisted and gerrymandered the Commonwealth’s Election Code to the point that amici [that's the legislature] find it unrecognizable from the laws that they enacted,” they wrote, adding that the state of Texas “raised important questions about how this procedural malfeasance affected the 2020 General Election.”

Yeah, it's a big clown car. Everyone is free to embarrass himself in this great land of ours. Make America Funny Some More. Lovely.

Yeah, "outside actors" that they never identify. Everything was done by law, and the two legislators are responsible for the Act that the Texas lawsuit attacks.

    :roflol:

    It ISN'T the Entire "Legislature"

Cutler and Benninghoff are a couple of right-wing Looney Toons.

A couple of Extreme RWs that Trump went out of his way to lobby for them to get involved:

    https://pittsburgh.cbslocal.com/2020/12/07/presiden-donald-pennsylvania-house-speaker-bryan-cutler/

Their addition to this "filing" means NOTHING.

There is ZERO Chance that The Court does anything to overturn the Biden Win.

Overturn the Biden Win? No chance, exclude the EC votes of the four states......you bet. They can get counted by re-voting under scrutiny. If Joe really won the first time around.....he'll win again.

It is self evident and obvious that everything was not done according to the law. The supreme court of PA openly and publicly changed the vote counting process and rules and they have no legal authority whatsoever to do that, for one.

It's already been scrutinized to death. Unprecedented scrutiny. You'll never be satisfied, even if you counted the votes yourself, so we can dispose of this nonsense outright. Wallow in your fantasies. It's a free country. And we [the whole world] will continue to laugh at them.

The SCOTUS will rule that Texas has no standing to sue other States since there has been numerous litigation in those States already for the same complaints filed in this current lawsuit that went to the SCOTUS.

Just a matter of time before they throw this out, the electoral college votes on Monday and it will be official and all over for Donny then.

The state of TX has no standing to challenge another state's supreme court. The idea is preposterous.

Self serving lies and nonsense from the leader of the Pennsylvania pack of jackals attempting a coup with foreign help. Just like trump asked for and welcomed Russia's help.

    But, that CAN'T Happen.

    It is (literally) Impossible.
^Because, it would be Unconstitutional for The Court to grant that remedy.
Which is why such an egregiously misguided request is a complete non-starter.

I find it hard to imagine that anyone could even think that was even possible.

Unless, one foresees The Court suspending The Constitution to accommodate Trump's Fantastical Fever Dreams.

I DON'T See That Happening (under any circumstances).

And thus, we arrive back at Impossible.

I would suggest that you read Bush v Gore (and then check back).

You go get yourself a 1200th opinion. Nobody cares. You've been saying the same thing for over a month, and you'll find a doctor to diagnose cancer if it's the last thing you do!

"Lookie here doc. Cancer! No, look at it in this light over here."

How's all the winning workin' for ya?

Republican politicians scared of offending Trump's base who have eaten up his every word as he's tried to invent an alternate reality where he won are nothing new. What IS new is the lengths they are willing to go. But at the same time, almost all of these politicians don't really have anything to lose, personally. Yes they are helping Trump destroy democracy, but the risk to themselves or their office are minimal. For some, it might be more risky NOT to go along with the nonsense. So they sign on to these things knowing they'll be thrown out of court and have lost nothing for doing so. They can claim they supported Trump and not alienate Trump supporter votes while nothing actually changes as far as the election results go.

It's spineless behavior, but entirely predictable based on the last four years of Republican's kissing Trump's ass.

The Supreme Court of PA has been designated the ultimate arbitrator by the legislature. They make these judgements all the time, you just don't like the outcome.

Reliable info has been received that she is on stage and advancing to the microphone.

Anyway, this "filing" is going nowhere.

And, it is only a matter of time before The Court disposes of this Frivolous BS.

Not a chance. There are some unique ways that SCOTUS might be able to refuse the case, but lack of standing is not one of them.

I have also noticed something else new this week, all of a sudden our leftists are no longer bellowing, "Show us the evidence!" I guess they should place it under the category of 'be careful what you wish for.'

    "Unique" ways?

The Court finding against Trump is a Slam Dunk.

There would be nothing "unique" about it.

You miss the fact that Texas is not challenging the PA supreme court. That is only supplementary supportive information. They are challenging PA's et al election processes.
