I admit, I have the travel bug/wanderlust bad right now. I'm in London... I'm planning one trip to Oregon and Wisconsin, involving Flying to Salt Lake City UT, waiting for 4 or 5 hours and getting a connecting flight to Eugene, having just over a week in Oregon, leaving by train to Portland to catch another train to Milwaukee (2 days on a train, I'm springing for a sleeper car).. I'm not booking a car, so I've planned a pedestrian/taxi/local busses friendly trip for everywhere on this trip with my choices of hotels and things I want to do (shopping and sight seeing and even run Pre's Trail in Eugene, OR)... in WI, I just want to go to Waukesha and maybe see Milwaukee, but go shopping in that area for guitars, like this store that's really good and in between the two 'Waukesha & Milwaukee'... then Fly out from Milwaukee where, like Eugene, I could only connect with to go home/fly out of Milwaukee to Minneapolis St. Paul, wait another 4 or 5 hours (I purposely want this opposed to the option my travel agent presented me with that would only allow an hour (or less) for my connection)... and my way gives me an exit wait like the Salt Lake City route does on my trip going for my flight to London from Minneapolis St. Paul. That's 1 trip... Got me thinking/looking at America in trips I want to do. Like San Francisco, then head down to So-Cal, Fender guitar factory too in Fullerton, CA near Los Angeles and then Los Angeles. That's another trip. Las Vegas That's another trip. Detroit and Chicago That's another trip right there. Aspen, CO (would be a fun skiiing trip when it snows), and Denver (just because I've always wanted to go to Denver).. And I haven't even started on the Southern US, or AZ or NM, not to mention Alaska or Hawaii... I guess New England could be fun. That's just one country. I also want to go to Melbourne, and Brisbane and Sydney in Australia Japan, too, like Tokyo and Mt. Fuji and maybe somewhere else 'like see band I know on Instagram in Hiroshima maybe' Jamaica, I want to go to Montego Bay, Ocho Rios, Negril, maybe Kingston. Also... Europe... Paris, Saint Tropez, Monaco, Gibraltar, Madrid, Barcelona, Ibiza, Rome, Venice, Dublin, Iceland/Reykjavik, Oslo, Stockholm, Edinburgh - These places are like weekend trips (Maybe not Gibraltar) but the rest are. I'd say Gibraltar was like a 5 day trip. I'd also want to go back to Amsterdam, again, just because I like it there, even though I've been. Morocco maybe 'Casablanca or Marrakesh', Cairo. Maybe South Africa and maybe on Safari somewhere. If I went back to NYC or if I went to Washington D.C... I would see my brother and my sister in PA and NJ... So this region here, any trips here, is a trip for family. Even if I'm working in America on the correct visa and I'm in Delaware trying to start an LLC for my company in London, I'm still seeing family too, it's just too close, so this part of America, yeah, not Pittsburgh though... I could see me going to Pittsburgh if I went to Ohio though with it, for a trip, but, even in PA I'd be thinking of my brother too much near Philadelphia for it not to be fun not to see him, so that trip, if I ever did it, would have to be me with someone. I couldn't visit PA and not see my brother knowing he's in the same state so I'd Even if I took a job and they sent me to Pittsburgh, I would even ask my boss for a week off to go to my brother in Philadelphia, so I couldn't see myself happily going to PA on my own and not seeing him, and same applies for being in that part of the country, I'd want to see my brother and sister if I'm close enough.
Iceland to see the northern lights. I would like to spend some time kicking around Ireland and England but next time I go I want to go for like 6 weeks and just not be in a hurry.
