If I read any time that the police - or any other public body in the UK as a matter of fact - have taken on something and made a success of it, I won't be able to stand the shock, I just know I won't! And we haven't heard the last of this yet . . . Surrey Police said it is now reviewing all of its rape cases "to ensure that investigations are thorough, timely, effective and compliant with policy and guidelines."
