Antifa, domestic terrorist group labeled by the Obama administration vs. American Nazi sympathizers

I believe that we are on a dangerous path. The Nazi sympathizers in America are not the same people from Germany. There's no genocide caused by them here in America, all they do is protest.

Now we have a government-recognized terrorist organization, Antifa, much like ISIS, is very unorganized and chaotic. Antifa believes that our freedom of speech is not guaranteed and that people cannot protest peacefully as they wish.

We're starting to see more and more left wing support for Antifa which is a very dangerous path. Posters in this very forum try their very hardest to justify Antifa terrorism.

Antifa is not a terrorist organization by definition. It is a protest movement that attempts to challenge Fascist movements and organizations. Though it uses sometimes violent tactics in this movement they do not do so unprovoked or arbitrarily and thus inspire terror only in those they try to stop rather than the uninvolved. The people they generally oppose do indeed create a feeling of terror as is intended.

The "movement" doesn't make sense though. Take the Cville riots for example. They were rioting the fact that racist Nazis got to peacefully protest. They were trying to suppress freedom of protest/speech. That IS fascism. Why do they call themselves antifa when they are pro-fascism?

I suppose if we wish to make this discussion political we certainly can. I prefer not but it would seem you do. Actually nevermind, your clear support for the white supremacists makes this debate rather pointless and not worth my time. Feel free to vent your opinions and anger here though.

    Have A Nice Day:?

Aw, conceding already? I'll take it.

White supremacists bigots, BLM bigots, New Black Panther bigots...all have one thing in common...right to peacefully protest. Antifa doesn't support that right, as they are against protesting that they disapprove of.

So what you're saying is, you support removing rights of Americans to protest peacefully, rather than allow what rights we as Americans have guaranteed to us in the constitution, and federal law.

At least you're honest about it

You had antifa type rioters rioting during Trump's inauguration.

You say this was provoked? There were other riots by black clad, masked thugs before they started calling all right wingers fascists.

This is why he left his own debate. Knew he lost when he started supporting these people who Obama labels as terrorists. It's really confused the alt left
