When politicians determine their place of work or the institution of government, at least, is more important than the will of the people, democratic actions occur like the capitol hill riots and the trucker strike in Ottawa, for examples. Problem with democratic actions is sometimes democratic actions are misguided. Sometimes a majority (democracy) is upset at the wrong groups for strife the majority experiences.
Politicians are. But they won’t take them to court for it because they can’t prove insurrection in a court of law.
