    The Kavanaugh farce wins hands down in my book.

    These HS kids were capitalizing, grandstanding and virtue signaling using the deaths of their fellow students.

    Not a good look.

    You have a solid point. The lies the Leftists told about Kavanaugh were extreme too. That's a hard choice. Trump / Russia is the lie that just keeps going, because Leftists really have a policy except Globalism and Bigger Government intrusion on private lives which Americans would reject. So, instead they invent a Devil and sell the lie full time.

    They are openly public figures. They pushed this. They have to expect reasonable, sometimes passionate disagreement.

    Death threats are not okay and I always call that out.

    Their campaign is broken anyway, they've got to wait out deaths on the Supreme Court (of the youngest members) before they have any chance.

    Yes, as I replied earlier, but by the most despicable, cowardly and cynical means.

    You step into the spotlight, walking over the dead bodies of your fellow students, and you take your chances.

    Not that I approve of course, but the outrage feels a bit manufactured to me.

    Well, I personally hate guns, but something I hate more is any attempt to destroy constitutional rights, particularly when the conservative MSM (MSNBC, CNN, NYT, WaPo, etc.) use a tragedy like this, and these attention/fame-seeking, naive young survivors as human shields to press an oligarchic agenda forward which further disempowers The People.

    First the law must be changed, then they can be taken.

    If the law is changed by way of deception, so be it.

    No, it's not done yet, but real plans to do it have been formulated, and deception is an essential tactic.

    So in simple words, the Constitution would need to be changed.....How in the Fk is one to change the Constitution by way of deception?
