I don't know where you can get Petra in the U.S.

I had it in Jordan, and wanted to list a beer that I doubt anyone in here
has ever had...a Middle Eastern malt liquor.

Big fan of Killians and Blue Moon.
    I hate wine.
For liquor I actually prefer "girly" cocktails. I like the high quality fresh ingredients, the artistic component, and the complex flavors. Except on New Year's Eve, then I just like shots of everything.

I'm a fan of both of those beers, but I must say, I do like a good chianti with a steak once in a while.

A really good wine is marvellous - but the pain caused by the price is greater than the pleasure in drinking, in my experience.

Beer- Sierra Nevada Pale ale or Sam Adams Boston Ale.

Whiskey- Jim Beam (all varieties), many assorted small barrel brands.

    Scotch- Glennfiddich.

Wine- Anything red and hearty. Love Port, especially in the cold weather.

Not a fan of vodka, tequilla, rum.

The perfect cocktail hour consists of a near frozen(so cold it almost hurts to swallow) SN Pale Ale, and a hefty shot of Jim Beam Black. Magical combo of flavors.

There's a Vodka I purchased at Harrods of London that was the best stuff
I ever had. That was in the mid 80's.I tucked the bottle { 375 ml. } away
in my suitcase and savored at home.
It's from Poland and is very smooth, distinctive and drinkable.

    Extra ZYTNIA Vodka

    What I have in stock atm;
Smirnoff Triple Distilled (It's not fancy, it's not horrid, it is what it is).

    Kahlúa

Kahlúa Salted Caramel (I bought this in last Christmas and was only sold during that festive period).

    Courvoisier V.S.O.P

This Lemon Bucks Fizz I saw in M&S (Marks & Spencer) yesterday.
This one remains unopened and in my fridge.

I've had the Kahlúa original and the V.S.O.P since last summer/Summer 2016..
In fact, I poured myself a drink tonight (Courvoisier & a cheap Red Bull rip off)... And was pleasantly reminded of how much V.S.O.P was in the bottle (almost full). (It lives in the box, so when I took it out tonight, I was reminded & surprised, but, pleasantly surprised)... In fact..; This is the very same bottle of V.S.O.P as seen in this video from last September when I bought that Fender to what I'm drinking from tonight.
(The mixer I bought though is making it just sit in the glass though, ew, tbh).

I collect alcohol and drink rarely.

I do need to stock up on beers; I tend to stock up on Budweiser (the American one). & OJ (mixer, for Vodka - to make screwdrivers with). ((I have no OJ too)).
If I were to have my favourite bourbon in stock, it'll be Jim Beam.

As for mixers, I have full fat milk (lest I want a White Russian with the Vodka and a Kahlúa).. and a horrid cheap energy drink that really isn't doing my Courvoisier V.S.O.P any favours...

Dragon's Milk bourbon stout (New Holland)
    Lagunitas Imperial stout
Todd the Axe Man IPA (Surly)
    Abrasive Ale (Surly)
    Darkness Imperial Stout (Surly)
    Fulton Insurrection Double IPA
    Fulton 300 IPA
    Hercules Double IPA (Great Divide)

Lots more that are purely local microbreweries. It is a good time to be a beer lover living in Minnesota.

I didn't want to waste anymore V.S.O.P on it, and thought '**** it', I'll do it Vodka & Red Bull style..

I guess the fat spliff I'm having with it isn't helping either...

It's still a horrible mixer though.
It's just sitting there, not being drank, half of this double shot and it I have left...
and to my horror, I've got enough for 1 more in the little can, but...
I will not be surprised if I throw it out, the mixer I got tonight is disgusting.

Thinking about it now - even your favourite alcohols could be ruined by cheap mixers. - Yuk!

It is totally over-glorified in that movie. Not at all as awesome they represent it as. :(

I love tongue scrapers so much!
Literally great as part of oral health when washing horrible horrible stuff out your mouth.
I've just gone off my V.S.O.P, to my horror, I found it contained almonds... Ew!..
I suspect that and the cheap energy drink were a bad idea. Ew!. (I used to like this drink because of somebody I knew got me into it, but I'm now I'm going to stop buying it because I saw the word almond and hated my booze tonight).
