What is lopsided?
Because YOU are an anonymous guy with zero credibility lol
The law is the law, but your lack of moral standard cannot be defended by your position.
Where is here? What country do you live in, China?
Great, you don't believe me. Like I give a flying ****. Now, contribute something to the conversation or just get ignored.
Give me one example of how Trump's attorney client privilege was violated.
Why do you think our Founding Fathers created the 4th Amendment?
Why do you think the courts are petitioned to rule on cases involving unreasonable search and seizure, and the principle of attorney/client privilege exists?
Given your extreme bias, your lack of credibility on this subject is understandable.
No one is above the law; https://www.thedailybeast.com/micha...no-such-thing-as-consigliere-client-privilege, and if something is found out about Trump along the way, that's on Cohen and Trump. If they were too stupid not to destroy any incriminating evidence in Cohen's office, that isn't suddenly a pretext to automatically protecting Trump through a court filing. Trump is not above the law in this case either if evidence is exposed.
I did contribute and expose the absurdity of the raid and the dishonesty of the left which led to your whining about anonymous posters. lol too funny dude, coming from a anonymous poster
I didn't say it was unreasonable for Trump's lawyers to make a motion - I was just pointing out that given Cohen's history, a raid of this type wasn't unreasonable.
It doesn't protect things in the attorney's office; http://www.theamericanconservative....id-did-not-violate-attorney-client-privilege/ You people need to get a hold of yourself. Throwing spaghetti up against the wall isn't going to change things for you.
The entire documentation covered by attorney client privilege has being seized and is currently in other people's hands Duh
Now give me an example of no knock FBI raids in cases of a misstatement on a home equity application or FEC violation. Take your time, do your research, hire a paralegal if you must.
Have I argued Trump is above the law?
The dog whistle from Beast notwithstanding, it is not unreasonable for attorneys to seek a court ruling when the potential for violating a citizens rights exists.
What is the absurdity and dishonesty in the raid? Proof please or you are lying.
In this case there is no potential. Evidence already exists that Cohen is doing Trump's dirty work for him. There is no privilege in this case; http://www.theamericanconservative....id-did-not-violate-attorney-client-privilege/
Because the BLOTUS has a history of attempting to obstruct justice and therefore he is extremely likely to do the same thing again if there was anything incriminating in those records.
The warrant was issued based upon the likelihood that incriminating documentation would be destroyed if any other means were used to obtain it.
I said that before, the FBI never raids people accusex of minor stuff like lying on a home equity application or FEC violation. It just never happens, let alone to lawyers.
It's yet another proof of a witch hunt and fishing expedition, getting desperate at that.
Ok. My comments have been singularly focused on what was implied in the OP.
Cohen could be a total scumbag. That doesn't mean anyone he represented should be subject to violations of their rights and privileges. Fruit of the poisonous tree is a well understood concept.
Lots of examples of no-knock raids for people involved in money laundering. Given Cohen's history, that is a distinct possibility.
"Being in their possession" does not violate his attorney client privilege. Try again.
Separate names with a comma.
