If one is going to force a woman to give birth against her will, one ought to be prepared to deal with the consequences of forcing your own subjective choice on others. You don't want to be involved in a woman's business? Try staying out of it.

Pro-choice folks also tend to be the people who support the social programs that new or lower class mother's and families rely on.

You're not going to win this one.

What makes you think most kids that get free lunches need them?

The big one: Not try to ban abortion so unwanted children aren't BORN,

Also : preserving women's rights by not banning abortion( women are BORN people), telling their representative not to cut funding for entities that aid BORN children like Welfare, WIC, SNAP, PBS.. etc.

Sad that one has to show some people how to CARE about children......

I would respond that claiming killing unborn children (which if you could stand yourself you would admit that is what they are) means "caring for them" is much, much, much sadder.

So you care more about children that have never existed than real BORN children....well I saw that!

AND of course your Duck 'em Dodge"em post did not address or change one word of my post

No, I don't admit lies, there are NO children involved in abortion, I believe in science and facts....and caring for REAL actual existing BORN children..

And since bickering isn't allowed and that's all you have I think I will end this silliness..

In Arkansas, if a public school has a certain percentage of students getting free and reduced lunches (70% a few years ago) then they all get free and reduced lunches regardless of actual need.

Some people show themselves as examples of why forums have an "ignore" feature.
I can respect any opinion up to the point of forcing it on others. If they want to peacefully assemble and have out leaflets, fine.

Violence is wrong whether it's commited by Pro-Choice or Pro-Life activists. It's sad that Pro-choice people don't have the intergrity to condemn violence commited by their side.

California and New York have one of the highest rates of inequality in the country, along with the lowest reading scores. So much for life after birth.

A woman cannot be forced into pregnancy unless raped.

Do not use untruths like 'forced', when there was never any force involved. If untruths are all that's keeping your argument afloat, you've already lost.

How do you think any 'less advanced' society has done it, and continues to do it (mostly far better than we do). They retain societies which oblige people to behave themselves, and thus do better by their children. To do this, they use ostracism, shaming, exclusion, loss of access to the shared resources of the family/village, etc etc.

When we in the First World West indulged the grotesque vanity that such peasantish oppressions were beneath us, we got exactly what we deserved. A society devoid of healthy fear, and living in perpetual, irresponsible, 'teenage-hood'.

If laws force women to have children they don't want or can't afford what do YOU think should be done with those children, those "precious lives" that Pro-Lifers don't care about AFTER birth?

If one is a One Trick Pony ( banning abortion doesn't force women to have kids ( a really stupid thing to say) ) then one can't answer the questions they quote and have lost the argument

If one is pro-choice, then why does it stop at conception?

How can the law force women to become pregnant? Is Govt sending out rape squads?

You can't claim to be all about choice, then claim exemption at crucial moment of choice - conception.

Yes you can. You can build societies in which anything less is not tolerated. How in Hades do you think other socieities manage to parent so much better? Magical fairy dust or something?
