I quote some never before published material from AboveAlpha in post #'s eight and nine to page one here in this discussion.

I have the impression that members of Canada's People's Party of Canada might be more likely to think like I do.... that there may well have been nearly a dozen serious attempts on the life of President Trump so far........
but they were all thwarted......... and it seems to me that whoever "QAnon" is they seem to have access to classified information that they are releasing partly because the mainstream media would ignore that information.


I will be coming up with a plan to attempt to raise the six hundred and eleven billion dollars that was taken from Alberta........ partly to finance a plan to pressure low income Canadians to abort their children....... because Malthusian Theories have permeated the upper echelons of both Washington as well as Ottawa. The best way to deal with this trend though in Washington...... may be to address it in Ottawa first..... because the whole thing is smaller and less complex up here?!

Through interest payments and other commissions based on addressing the numbers facing Canadian and American political leaders and economists in 2019:

1. Four point three trillion dollars in cash in the accounts of individuals, companies and nations who want to see the USA petrodollar devalued.

2. Thirty five trillion, (the estimated value of oil and natural gas reserves in the warming Arctic that has Russia and China willing to cooperate on a gambit to risk their share of that four point three trillion dollars, in hopes of gaining a higher share of that Arctic oil and natural gas).

I do have a suggestion regarding these two parts of their platform.

If the Bank of Canada would be used to finance giving all thirty seven point six million Canadians five hundred dollars per month as an Income Supplement....... within a year or so as that money was turned over and over the government would get it all back in taxes and this could be used to begin to pay down the Canadian national debt that has spiralled out of control since 1974 when one of the greatest errors by a sitting Prime Minister in the last sixty years was made!

Would a Basic Minimum Income dramatically reduce abortions?

But... in order for this to work it MUST BE FINANCED THROUGH THE BANK OF CANADA in the same manner as was done from 1938 to 1974!

We should go further though.... the federal government of Canada in 2019 should also borrow one hundred billion dollars to repay to the province of Alberta toward the portion of the six hundred and eleven billion dollars that Alberta paid to the rest of Canada in transfer payments..... that were made necessary by the terrible error by then P. M. Pierre E. Trudeau back in 1974!

In my opinion you Sir are in an exceptionally good position to become either a film producer yourself or......
you could work with other A. I. P. members and candidates to form a film production cooperative and / or company
and / or kibbutz and you go to work on a series of films designed to be especially interesting to Latter day Saints but
the nature of this film could break it into many other potential markets.

I am thinking about a a film set in 2012/ '13 in which supposedly Mr. Mitt Romney wins the USA Presidential election.

Even back in 2012 there was a fledgling Alberta Independence Movement so you could perhaps work with
some of the leaders in that movement to form an ARTISTIC Republic of Western Canada currency note that is
designed to serve as a prop in a proposed series of films. (A major caution is that an alternative currency unit can be
TAXABLE so there are advantages in up front wages being kept low...... but potential royalties for the future could be
high as a percentage.... in setting up this proposed film production company.)!

The situation that we are in now makes it possible for you to jump to a situation happening in England that
could perhaps be addressed from Alberta?

Now... .Mr. Maxime Bernier, Ms. Laura-Lynn Tyler Thompson and Mr. Paul Mitchell are all set up to debate a related topic to the abortion question, the probable effect of a Basic Minimum Income financed through the Bank of Canada in the same way as was done from 1938 to 1974 as Ms. Betty Krawczyk has so eloquently and accurately explained!

Five hundred dollars per Canadian per month, can this work?

I am advocating the usage of the Bank of Canada that is owned by all Canadians to finance giving five hundred dollars per month to all thirty seven million Canadians.

Would the incidence of Canadian women choosing to have an abortion plummet by a huge percentage? Personally I do think so!
It will of course mean much more to poorer Canadians than to millionaires........
but it could be surprising how many stay at home wives with cheap and stingy millionaire husbands who control the purse strings of the home may find this extra five hundred very helpful indeed.

I suspect that well over eighty percent of of Canadians will spend this money reasonably well and:
1. enrol their kids in more after school programs.....
2. begin to purchase a higher percentage of organic produce vs the cheap GMO stuff
3. purchase a newer car, SUV or half ton truck
4. do renovations to their homes
5. hire landscapers to do certain projects on their properties
6. pay down their debt loads, especially the higher interest ones
7. buy a new home rather than renting
8. buy a cottage outside the city so that they can get away for weekends
9. many will choose to move to rural Canada in order to escape relatively hectic city life
10. eat at nice restaurants more often

I suspect that less than ten percent of Canadians will attempt to live off this five hundred dollars / month and simply use it to drink or smoke more.

To whatever degree this happens the worst cases where these Canadians put themselves and others in danger this can be dealt with by issuing food stamps vs a monthly check.

A related question is..... of the roughly twenty percent of Canadian women who are pregnant who at this time under these conditions decide to have an abortion knew that they and their child would receive a Basic Minimum Income of five hundred dollars per month...... how many Canadians women under these new set of circumstances would choose to keep their child and raise their child???????

I already know that the PPC Guelph office have already been discussing this option.

(OH.... THIS SETS UP ALL CANADIANS TO UNDERSTAND WHY OTTAWA FELT THEY HAD TO HIT ALBERTA WITH SIX HUNDRED AND ELEVEN BILLION DOLLARS IN BILLS FOR PROJECTS THAT THEY FELT WERE IMPORTANT. In a phrase.. .the reason was Compound Interest over Time and it is intriguing how Liberal and Progressive Conservative and Conservative M. At this time here in Canada if I were to earn ten thousand Calgary Dollars in one year......
I would pay the same amount of tax on those Calgary Dollars as if I had earned ten thousand
dollars Canadian.

This at least allows alternative curriencies to operate but it does stop them from growing like the
application of the Worgl, Austria, local money experiment did during the Great Depression in the USA.

I am hopeful that an Artistic Proposed Republic of Western Canada currency note could well play a huge role in
assisting the Canadian dollar to go to par with the USA dollar in order to protect the USA petrodollar from going
into a serious fall as could well be the case in the not too distant future.

Dear Mr. Dave Bjorkman:

You Sir......... are in a unique position to promote something along the line of an
artistic "Republic of Western Canada Film Productions Ltd"
based on the possibility in applied Multiverse Theory of
your Alberta Independence Party having won the 2019 Alberta general election. Are there
several M.L.A's in Premier Jason Kenney's administration who would perhaps be
willing to donate their time to the project much as Mr. Maxime Bernier raised one hundred and fifty three thousand
dollars for local food banks by his participation in a marathon?

I have a number of online friends who live in Israel and one of them in particular has expressed his admiration for
Premier Jason's Kenney's stance on a number of positions related to Canada - Israel relations. My friend was of course referring
to what Mr. Jason Kenney did while he was an M. P. in Prime Minister Stephen Harper's government. I am hoping to get you
in contact with some of President Trump's administration due to the seriousness of the statistic given in 2014 by CIA
economist Mr. Jim Rickards that there were then seven hundred and ten TRILLION dollars in the worldwide Derivatives
markets and he was worried about the possibility of a one hundred trillion dollar meltdown that could spread like a virus
to other markets.

My recommendation is to begin our discussions with an alternative theory on stabilization of the climate that is very
different from either a Carbon Tax or Cap and Trade System that I believe would be totally ineffective in protecting
the homes and properties along the Bay of Fundy and Anchorage, Alaska where the world's highest and second highest
tides occur. Mega-scale desalination of ocean water on the other hand in Israel, Jordan, Australia, California, Qatar, Saudi Arabia,
Tunisia, Morocco and in many other nations with lots of arid real estate is extremely good news for the owners of the land and homes along the Bay of
Fundy and Anchorage Alaska.

This question is logical because the geography of Canada's Bay of Fundy produces the world's highest tides. In my part of Nova Scotia in Guysborough County there is very little funnelling of tidal waters......... so high tide is only about one to one point five meters above low tide.
In the eastern area of the Bay of Fundy high tide levels are up by ten to fifteen meters."

All the concepts that I can come up with will be donated for a token sum of one dollar because we Nova Scotians
are well aware of how residents of Alberta have done more than their fair share of financing various forms of
equalization payments to our province over these past decades.

Step one, you and your supporters could acquire legal rights to the Heartland series to come up with a new season
that you and your family are in as the new artistic Premier of Alberta?

It has been theorized that ART in some form may be the only way to give human productive careers during a time
when mechanization and even Artificial Intelligence are becoming so commonplace.

p.p.s. Israel has already developed the technology that I believe will be most effective in actually
stabilizing the climate at the same time that communities vulnerable to the threat of rising ocean
levels but as you know....... many political leaders are slow to admit to the obvious truth that a
Canadian Carbon Tax would do almost nothing to protect Canadians from the threat of rising ocean
levels because Canada only produces less than two percent of atmospheric greenhouse gasses anyway.
