yeah its amazing how so many people here have no conscience whatsoever.I actually feel sorry for them because they are creating negative karma for themselves for the future and they will suffer greatly for it and find out that money will not by them happiness like they think it will.

you know as well as I do that the "debwunker" link about NIST he posted earlier, has some truths mixed in with disinformation and lies in it as well which like i said, those experts in that link I posted, have debunked.

If you feel so bad about truthers, why do you insist on promoting their lies? And you're right. Karma is a (*)(*)(*)(*)(*) and truthers will get their just "reward" for their (*)(*)(*)(*)ty actions.

:blahblah::blahblah::blahblah: Ever notice all you do is make general claims without a shred of actual evidence to back it up?

I think the reason I find this thread so fascinating is because it is like a bad comedy with rotten tomato ratings.

If you can't figure out that Hannibal just responded precisely to your question, it is doubtful you would even know what to ask. Better luck next time, kid.

What? I've never done a FOIA!

From what I've gathered, I'd have to be specific with my inquiry and specific to the organization that would release the records.

That doesn't change the fact Hannibal showed you exactly how to do what you claimed you wanted to know. The fact you don't know how to proceed from there is nobody's fault but your own. Do you even know what you want to ask? Or are you shooting blindly hoping you will get lucky?

How do you manage to dress yourself?

I'll walk you through it: WHO do you think might be watching you?

Domestic intelligence gathering is done by the FBI, NSA, DHS, and others. No telling which one is actually doing it, but I suspect that since I enter certain debates and have IP markers in certain areas, that the probability of me being watched is more likely than not. I mean, you should see some of the questions I ask Google...

Yet no one is breaking down your door? Shocking.

Well, now you know 'who'. The 'how' is explained on the site I linked.

Shall we go over the percentage of people that have problems with paranoia. Paranoia is essential in survival so it is not surprising that there is some form of paranoia in everyone, but a certain percentage of the population have over abundant amounts of it that hamper rational thought.

Paranoia or delusions of self-importance maybe.

To assume one is being "watched" because someone with a huge online presence like Alex Jones is being watched is pretty hilarious.

I don't have concrete beliefs on the matter - more curiosity than anything. I mean, if I were to do a FOIA request on myself and it came back that some agency does have a file on me, what would you say then?

    LOL

And if they told you no, would you believe them?

After all, you don't believe the government version of 9/11 among other things, so why would you believe what they tell you in response to a FOIA request?

Assuming it is not the answer you're looking for and all.

Don't you think a great way to get the FBI to start watching you is to ask them if they're watching you?

oh yeh thats only the beginning.

negligence, breach of fiduciary duty, breach of trust, constructive fraud, misprision, but the courts are the gate keepers, a good attorney can indict a ham sandwich, and corrupt judges can and do clothe a sows ear with a silk lining.

Of course, but there is a train of thought that says they have files on a lot of Americans. Those DHS Fusion Centers, for example.

So What do you suppose they will do with those files, and why does it bother you?

Not exactly a secret, is it?

They're collecting them for a reason, no doubt. Their definitions on things like 'terrorist' and 'terrorism' keep changing. I'm just wanting to stay ahead of the curve as much as I possibly can with what I'm able to piece together. It seems as though individualism is on its way out though.

Stay ahead of the curve ... to what purpose?

I semi-agree with you on individualism, but that's because (IMO) of the nanny state so many people seem to be clamoring for. That's off topic here, though.
