If you watched TV in Ukraine and Russia, you would understand that Putin is anti-Western. If the West does not see the enemy in the person of Putin, then this completely changes my opinion about geopolitics. Then I do not see any difference between Russia, the US, Germany and England. As I remember it, the EU in the guise of NATO invited Ukraine to become a member of The Club, but underneath it all, I believe it was nothing less than a cynical exercise for the sole purpose of provoking Russia militarily.

I only ever see Russia when I watch documentaries or travel shows featuring the country. And the only time our tv media mentions Russia is when there's something negative to say about it. I loathe the EU and everything to do with it. I'm hoping the Catalonian independence thing will bring about the collapse of the effing EU.
