The situation in qatar shows that there is concern over 'terrorism links.' if they are indeed funding terror, the world bank should remove all their currency until the money they gave them is returned and used for the people, yes? if they are innocent, like i think they are, then they need to be fostered back into the comely arms of the region, of course.

How do we find out? we simply have them audit themselves, maybe with the opposition parties? or, they could be audited by a collection of clerics 'from the region,' with basic accounting skills, maybe, or something to that extent to prove there is 'missing money.'

The reasons for funding terror would see them... what... cede iraq and yemen to qatar? how does qatar gain from this - is there really a gene that tells them to kill as many people as possible during their life times? on the other hand, what if they simply wanted to blow stuff up? this costs money and weighs on the conscious of people. therefore, they should be sent for mental tests, where they are given cocaine and showed pictures of iraq and yemen to see if they get aggressive, of course.

As far as i can tell, the people in qatar are selfish with their welfare, not evil lunatics.
