I suppose this would lead to the question of whether or not statistics are racist? Statistically blacks (13% of the population) commit over 50% of all US murders. The disporportion does not end there, it falls across just about every crime catagory. Using that metric to vote in this 'poll' is ignored and relegated to opinion and not evidence, in which actually does exist. I'm not one for voodoo science, so I'll not comment at all about psychological metrics and whatnot, but doubtless there are studies that provide a level of evidence that would support or deny various aspects of the poll options. All in all this looks like a lame attempt for someone to call other people racist, wrapped in poll...

No surprise that a WHITE MALE LIBERAL would declare that a drug dealer, car thief, gang member, pimp and someone who went AWOL from the military is "a decent role model" for young blacks. This does reflect intense levels of racism against blacks on your part, doesn't it?

 

Mr. Neil deGrasse Tyson is more of a role model and inspiration than any athlete.

Black Americans and black immigrants who appreciate and take advantage of our countries opportunities don't glorify violence. Any group who in mass feels resentment, anger and who hates the founding of our country and has a resentment towards a skin color is going to be on a road towards destruction and destructiveness.

I won't deal in mass generalizations.

 

I tend to believe being a history buff all my life [ and have forgot more than most people ever knew] I said culture because Africa was invaded in the late 600s by the barbarians from the Middle East. African people were persecuted,enslaved and forced to relinquish their culture to these radicals who were selling them and capturing and enslaving white Europeans all over the world.
But the PTB have changed the facts to suit their agendas and for dumbed down Americans history only starts and ends with American slavery.

 

It's urban black culture that glorifies violence, ignorance, and lawlessness, not black culture in general.

 

I voted for number 1. I don't know about the arson as that seems to be a white man thing. I would say rape is a all race thing. Why the high crime? Unemployment, poverty, drugs. I don't go along with the intelligence thing as I have met some pretty sharp blacks and given the same education, good teachers, caring parents and discipline they would be on a par. The blacks I talk to are as motivated for a better life as all of us. Their values are so close to conservative thinking it amazes me they vote Democrat. They do complain more as they have bought into the lie that whitey is trying to keep them down.

 

The unfair thing about racial generations is that it unavoidably splashes onto those who are not dumb, lazy, vicious, etc. Do those who voted for #1 believe that all blacks are at least a little more prone to theft, rape and murder than all whites? Just about all mass murderers in the USA are white. What does that say about your random white guy?
