For some reason I have been staring at this GIF for about 30 minutes. Did anyone else know rabbits could do this?
Of course. Their only protection is jumping and running. All the muscle is in the hind legs. Great viddy. Awesome in fact... Rated 5. That's all cats are good for...killing small animals for fun. Hey, cats jump higher when you hit 'em with a .22.
Oh, here's one for ya.... [ame="http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=AYdDRTRaWr8"]Simon's Cat in 'Hop It' - YouTube[/ame]
There is something about it...I've watched it over and over.... That cat kicked up some serious dust !!!!
found out after eating rabbit legs at an asian restuarant, the meat was very lean and firm like deer meat which means they have alot of muscles in that region of their bodies. it is a biological evolutionary defense against predators to spring high and away from danger as it did in that instance with the cat or dog chasing it in the video
I showed it to everyone in my house! They loved it! Thanks Sir Thad for this post and the great laughs.
