Most channels have shows/news that cater to white people. Just look at the statistics. Nothing really wrong with it, but we can't be upset when others want to be represented as well.
They cater to the majority of Americans, who are White...yet they still have multi racial makeups that mirror overall statestics if not skewered toward minorities. There are no white only channels, there are no white awards.
I think there should be equality, so if there is a BET why not a WET(Sounds pornographic lol). I my opinion neither should be respected, we should be integrating everyone into a nation instead of segregating ourselves.
I think you're correct overall. I just think that if we are a majority, we shouldn't be upset when minorities want to be around their own heritage. Ours is all around us! I imagine myself living in a non white country, I'd like to have my culture around as well.
Actually whites get upset because of State sponsored discrimination leveled against them unfairly . How is it ever right to punish a young white male for something he was no part of and reward some young black male for something he is not entitled ? If hiring based on race is wrong and against the law does the law apply to all ? If a white has better grades and a higher SAT score than a black male , then why is it ok to choose solely on race ? And now you see why most liberals are utter hypercritics !!
There is zero discrimination of whites in America, zero. I am against affirmative action, I think we should have tuition free education for all, so everyone is able to get an education equally.

You have to belong to the dominant race to oppress minority groups and I don't think Asian Americans are capable of oppressing non-Asians as they have not been in the dominant position to rule over others, except for the Japanese in Asia. But Asians are obviously culpable of self-segregation especially the Chinese and Koreans, while white-only communities are disappearing from America. They accomplish this by hiring some deadbeat airhead white girls on their shows who for small token salaries are meant to lead by example i.e. they are expected to think and act like fat black girls. The media and political gurus then say those white girls who work for them speak collectively for all the white girls. Other white girls get offended by this and don't like having someone else speak for them by categorizing rights, and so they sometimes rebel, stand up for themselves, speak for themselves and make the point that they will be racist against someone else too before they get racist against their own race as the media expects of them. If they do as such, they get death threats. The black media started doing this, and now all the minorites hopped on the happy wagon and mimmick the franchise. And if someone does not fall in line, they better or else!
Minorities have less equality, so if they get a bit more, that doesn't even things out, they are still behind. Get it?
It is OK to choose solely on race because we need to make up for the hundreds of years that Blacks were held back.
