He was saying Obama is incompetent and it wont change (if Hillary is elected). You're misunderstanding but most listeners probably understood.

Where do you think the Trump Administration is most incompetent?

That's just what I've seen also. It seems to have begun on a large scale when swearing, with a cue from Hollywood, made people feel more 'authentic'.

I'm a gentleman, or try to be, and that habit has opened more doors for me in my travels than anything else might have done.

Not everybody knows as much as you
    Ok.
Trump gave the wealthy a huge tax cut and slashed environmental regulations without any due diligence, most of which were put in place because industry was making profits at the expense of our environment. The air quality in Los Angeles and in New Jersey had improved dramatically over the years due to environmental regulations. He usurped 3 million acres of government land which will be used for oil production. He reduced the emission standards for automobiles. As a business person for 30 years, I favor the elimination of some regulations which hurt honest business interests, but Trump has overdone it. He has goosed the economy which was on a steady upswing, didn't need goosing except for his ego, and in so doing has no arrows left in his quiver when the recession comes.
He promised to eliminate the national debt, which is soaring. He promised cheaper and better health care. He promised to shore up Medicare and social security. He promised to repair our infrastructure and now has no money to do it.
He is a narcissist and definitely has a personality disorder in the way that he lies on a daily basis, says one thing today and another thing tomorrow, denigrates our allies and personally attacks his opponents, sidles up to dictators, doesn't honor our treaties and is destroying our stature in the world. Our adversaries are loving it because his withdrawal from the world stage gives them freedom to operate in their nefarious ways.
Ronald Reagan knew what he didn't know and brought expert advisors into his inner circle. Trump listens to no advisors, brings people into his inner circle who tell him what he wants to hear instead of what he needs to hear and surrounds himself with unethical
squirrels. He believes that he "knows more than the generals" and listens to the Rush Limbaughs and Anne Coulters of this world.
He has started a trade war that can only hurt the American working people big time. His tariffs are chasing companies away and the price of materials has risen. He tries to bail out the agricultural industry for votes, which is like robbing Peter to pay Paul. He promised a wall that Mexico was going to pay for. It takes a set of brass balls to make a statement like that which is insulting to Mexico.
His wall idea was conceived without any due diligence due to the advice of some questionable characters, and he says that "nobody knows more about technology than me". Then he shuts down the government to get his way, blames the Democrats and even says that the employees who are without pay are democrats anyway. Then he says that they support his shutdown. He says that he can "relate" to the unpaid government employees. Really? Hardly. And I thought that he was the president of all the people and not only those who voted for him. My mistake.
He is a divisive, uncompassionate individual who doesn't have an ounce of pragmatism in his body, never admits a mistake and doubles down instead.
In his own words in front of the UN, Trump has said that he is worth 10 billion dollars, which is an increase over the 3 billion that he bragged about when campaigning. If true, he is using the presidency to line his pockets. He promised to show his tax returns and put his business interests into a trust and is still very much involved with them.
He attacks out institutions, the very institutions that protect our country and may investigate him, and is attempting to turn our democracy into an autocracy.
He attacks the free press, which is the mainstay of our democracy and does hold him accountable. Of course he calls it "fake". Amen.

I agree with your assessment of Trump. But there is no need to act or speak like him...it demeans the office.

During the Clinton administration certain right wingers (notably moral pundit Cal Thomas) said his misconduct which took place behind closed doors was causing moral decay in society. Those same pundits are now silent re Trump's misconduct and when they do talk up it is to defend him. As always, the usual double standards.

My point wasn't about raising of minimum wage to 15 but rather how it will be taken back paying for medicare for all. They could raise minimum to a hundred dollars an hour but then charge $90 of it for hospitalization. So effectively no one would be better off.

Also...with a wide open border and progressives wanting to cover everyone that crosses it...not only will that 15 an hour go to pay for that, it won't even be enough. People better stop listening to this crap and get them progressives out or this country really will be just like Venezuela.

I can't stand the ridiculously rich like Oprah, gates, and others either ...how much money does anyone really need? They're disgusting in my opinion. But that said, what Ocasio-Cortez is saying won't work as long as there are people in 3rd world countries willing to work for $2 A DAY. Corporations will always move to those countries to increase their bottom line. CEO's wouldn't have a job long if they didn't take advantage of that.

    Great Depression = blame Democrats!

    9/11 = blame Clinton!

    Katrina disaster = blame Obama!

    ISIS = blame Obama!

Just this morning I had a PM exchange with a forum right winger who admitted privately that he has applied double standards on the board. Since it was private I won't go into details. It is interesting that right wingers like yourself just cannot see their faults and always attribute them to others.

As you well know there have been numerous times in which your fellow right wingers have attributed the rise of ISIS to Obama when clearly it was your hero Bush who was the cause. The point has been proven innumerable times. All the pretensions you make to the contrary will avail you nothing. But if you must live under the illusion that your side can do no wrong, then go ahead and do so.

    You don't get it...is Trump perfect...NO
    But here's the but...
EVERYONE on the right are F A R worse. They are actually destroying the country in leaps and bounds and if not stopped, will hand the country over soon either to the Middle East or another Totalitarian dictatorship that will eradicate our constitution completely stripping us of the freedoms our founding fathers put in place.

And what might that entail? Problem is Americans have become so coddled and spoiled they're becoming bored and want to try something different. By that do they mean living in poverty and not being able to speak against a tyrannical dictator for fear of thugs showing up in the night murdering their entire family?

The problem is not that a President was called a *********ker.

The problem is that we have to call this *********ker a President.

No need for false equivalencies... Answer the question. The left have told us they are the new moral police... Unless, it's only for those folks they don't like...
