Ravi Zacharias was best known for the apologetics ministry that bears his name, but he spent his 46-year career licensed as a national evangelist with the Christian and Missionary Alliance (CMA). The denomination has now revoked the ordination of its highest-profile minister after its own limited investigation confirmed a “pattern of predatory behavior.”

Zacharias is believed to be the only person in the CMA’s 134-year history to be posthumously expelled from ministry.

Christianity today supported this piece of christian filth when he destroyed the life of one of his victims.

My question is does anyone really believe this christian scum truly believed in eternal damnation?

Most likely he was one of the many 'evangelicals' who see spirituality as a means to control people (read: prey). However, its also possible that he is instead one of the few actual believers who simply would prefer to exist in eternal 'damnation.' Consider: would someone who enjoys the suffering of others actually want to spend eternity in the full presence/aura of God where suffering is impossible? Such a person would find such an environment to be precisely as 'hellish' as we normal folks would find an environment devoid of peace.

Its my understanding that hell was created precisely for this type of person who would end up only suffering in heaven.

That is an interesting idea, personally I do not think he ever believed in a god, just making money.

Just goes to show how easily the Evangelical Christians are to fool. Maybe if they could think for themselves rather than believe silly books they would not of made this man a multi millionaire. I am sad for his poor deluded victims though.

No leap, the christians wanted to believe even when the evidence was against him. Here it from one of their own mouths!

I think he was probably agnostic like you claim to be, obviously he had no real convictions!

What point are you trying to make? Seams to me this man was a despicable human being who used religion to prey on millions of gullible Christians, who wanted to believe. Maybe now they will throw his books away and his videos and seek the truth. Makes you wonder how many more in the Christian religion are charlatans. I thought the holy spirit was supposed to guide Christians, but then neither you or I believe that do we.

That seems likely to me as well. Leadership is no less of a corrupt attractor in religion than in govt and the corporate world. Those who seek power cannot be trusted with it, and those who do not seek power rarely attain it.

precisely my point, anyone can fake being christian to get their hands on believers money, just like politicians that do the very same thing for the very same reasons.

Now that atheists have their own legally recognized churches, and ordained ministers they can and do bilk money from their own.

why am I not surprised that thinking for yourself equates to a disaster according to you? Best leave all the hard thinking to supernatural overlords?

I have no need to, watching you turn yourself inside out because of your attention seeking disorder is sad but also humorous.

Regardless of how much sin was in Ravi's life there was still more truth in his books and his videos than in every post on this forum.

Wow! So confused! Exposing the fallacies and other illogical posts made by the atheist movement is not a disorder, if anything its a free community service. too bad compound sentences are still beyond your ability to grasp, glad you find missing the point and looking silly out here humorous though

How is it that people such as yourself who claim to know so much about Christianity can totally miss the point of it?

It is possible (even likely) that God can and will forgive anything up to and including murder. (See: David)

The point is that you don't know the state of Ravi's soul when he took his last breath but one thing I know for sure is that God will forgive and man will never forgive, which is what makes carnal man so despicable, and why God is who He is and you are who you are.

Ravi had plenty of time to make things right with God, and it's not for us to say what his eternal destiny is.

And we get the response I expected, attack the poster, make claims about me I do not make and completely ignore the two questions which were,

Do you think he believed a word of it?
If so why risk eternity in hell?

You do not know for sure anything about your god, admit the truth, you think you know, you hope you know, you believe you know, but in truth you do not no anything about your god for sure.

And that was the response I expected, attack the poster and ignore the post. I don't know what Ravi was thinking, and neither do you. I know what the Bible says, though, and you don't. If what the Bible says about God is true, then what I know is true, so go and gaslight someone else.
