I blame Clinton and Bush. Both of them voted for the disastrous invasion and occupation that allowed AQ to set up shop in Iraq.

Then why didn't Bush pull out of Iraq if the war was won and Iraq was stable?

AIPAC, JINSA and the PNAC were all demanding war on Iraq.. Remember that Operation Mass Appeal was started to sell the war BEFORE 9-11... It was in play by November 2000.

Well...You can 'blame' away....It really makes little difference really. ISIS is a clear and present threat not only in the ME but on the Internet and is responsible for turning troubled American youth into Jihadist killing machines. Trump vows to take them out...We KNOW where their center of power lies....We need to go there and KILL them before they KILL US!!!

You don't need to bother to discredit him, he does it to himself not only by what he says, but the way he says it.

I never understood the Democrats argument that you make on their behalf.

Supposedly it was fine to attack Afghanistan so long as Iraq did not get attacked. Democrats love supporting the attack on Afghanistan. But not Iraq.

Why didn't he take out these centers of power?
What the heck were we doing in iraq and afg if not taking out the centers of power?

It's very easy to take out ISIS, Al Queda, and the rest of the creeps. All he has to do is stop supplying them through Saudi Arabia and others, and to start working with Russia, rather than trying to topple the legitimate government of Syria. But that's not what the psychopaths in Washington want, they want total destruction of any country that doesn't do their bidding.

Because that's not what the war mongers in Washington wanted, and George Bush was doing their bidding, in the same way Obama does. They want perpetual war and misery for the people in the Middle East... and the world if possible. It gives them a sense of power. ..sort of like this guy here:

I believe that Trump's current stand is to send in more troops (30,000 or so I think). Also, he agrees with Obama that we need to take them out in Raqqa and Mosul. Obama is playing 'Whack-a-Mole' waiting for the end of his tenure. I don't think he gives a crap anymore actually.

That is no reason that works for me.

The best reason is Bush's reason. He did it to free over 50 million humans.

HEY...America is the biggest, baddest power on Earth....It's Iranian money if we SAY it is.....And Obama SAID it is.

I will hate myself for this but what the heck.

Why do so many Americans attack GW Bush?

It is the cruds. I wish they read the books on those two wars by those involved. Third parties get to make things up because they were not involved.

Bush did both of them to free over 50 million humans. Bin Laden was but a part of the package. General Tommy Franks never saw Bin Laden. Binny bailed out to Pakistan before our guys got to Tora Bora. Tora Bora is as bad as the WW2 fortresses the Japanese had on those islands. Dug in so well one could hide for a long time. Franks him that area super hard with our largest non nuclear bombs. Franks wasn't trying to capture him, he wanted to send him to heaven with a bomb.

Bush invaded Iraq to free humans.

Obama has no idea what he is doing or why.

    He is a stumble bum

Sure did. What they did with that freedom was up to them and I would say they failed.

Actually he freed over 50 million. And regime change was the law of this country signed into law by Bill Clinton.

Why aren't you all over Obama and Hillary over Libya, Syria and ISIS?

What kind of mess is Libya in that they can't even hold a vote.

Profanity? Quoting another's use of the word 'p i s s' (at least I presume that's what the word was before the censor stepped into action) doesn't count.

You seem triggered, do you need a safe space, too?

There's never anything unintended about my comedy. :-D

Bush ignored the Arabs, diplomats, oilmen, the Europeans, historians and his own generals who counseled against invading Iraq.

Your suggestions for bringing Iraq into abeyance of UNSC ceasefire conditions after a dozen years after they failed their last and final opportunity to do so?

If you can't provide a way to get them to immediately do this without a threat of invasion or destruction then it was poretty much a done deal and we ought to be blaming the only man in this entire situation who had the power to not make it happen which was Saddam.

And you know, he could have done it simply by picking up the phone and telling a couple of guys to allow the inspectors free reign .... but he didn't did he.

The US would have had to put a large occupation force in Libya to keep Gaddafi in power.. There were no guarantees about what would happen..

I hoped that the Transitional nation Council would bring back the Idris constitution and it did look like that would happen in the Summer of 2012..

    - - - Updated - - -

Saddam's immediate concern was Iran.. He didn't want to appear vulnerable.

Iraq was crippled by two decades of war and sanctions before Bush's invasion.

What book does that come from? What occupation force? Well, Obama did stumble a lot. Hillary too. But you support her I believe. Stumble bum or not.
