Really, people think Tom Brady dissed New England in Brady's retirement Instagram post?? It was New England who pushed Tom Brady out of New England after the 2019 season. It was Brady who wanted to finish his career in New England. For most of Brady's career, he was motivated by others disrespecting him. He was drafted in the much later rounds. New England disrespected him late in his career which motivated Brady to help Tampa win the Super Bowl after the 2020 season. In fact, if New England was still dissing Brady, Brady may still be quarterbacking in the NFL. What led to Brady's retirement, IMO, were the GOAT accolades everyone heaped upon him because that caused Brady to lose that competitive fire he needed because, let's face it, Brady wasn't the most physically gifted player. At any rate, thank you Tom Brady for the memories. Sidenote: I started this thread in the wrong forum and am placing it in the right forum, IMO.
