Those are two different vaccines. They are chemically identical but have different legal parameters.

One is approved the other is not.

They approved comirnaty but did not approve the other and only extended the EUA.

That way they can claim it’s approved while only giving you access to the one that’s not approved.

How can two things be legally distinct yet identical?

Wow! Best confabulation I have seen in a while

    2+2 = 4 not 15

in the USA nobody gets to sue vaccine manufacturers directly - yes you got that bit right. That is because you can apply for compensation under the Vaccine injury compensation program

Doesn’t matter either way. It’s essentially suing. Though you don’t go to court. It is claiming damages.

Either way it is a protection and recourse you do not receive under EUA.

The point still holds true. You’re just talking semantics. Either way it’s a recourse that you don’t receive when you take an EUA drug.

The last two epidemiologists I have listened to, one on TV and the other on radio agree with each other and my own views. The government epidemiologists do not agree with me. Instead they support government power and control. There are two truths and I choose the private sector truth from epidemiologists who actually practice medicine.

It isn't as simple as you make it out to be. Nothing lies more than government and covid has made it as clear as a bell. By the way, if you were to ask a cardiologist how a kidney works, you could get a pretty thorough description. Every doctor graduates from medical school where they study a little of everything. I would take viral infection advice from my cardiologist than I would from government. Sorry.

The FDA-approved COMIRNATY (COVID-19 Vaccine, mRNA) and the FDA-authorized Pfizer-BioNTech COVID-19 Vaccine under Emergency Use Authorization (EUA) have the same formulation and can be used interchangeably to provide the COVID-19 vaccination series.

how so, their employer would need to test them, or they need to get the vaccine

not sure how many illegals trump hires, but if over 100, they would have to get the vaccine

does the right now support vaccine passports for those entering the USA? I thought they were against vaccine passports?

Alaska is activating crisis standards of care for the entire state and bringing in contracted health workers as staff shortages and influx of COVID-19 patients make it difficult for hospitals to operate normally.

Gov. Mike Dunleavy and top health officials announced the hospital support on Wednesday, the same day Alaska’s new single-day cases hit another record as the highly infectious delta variant drives infections.

Pro-COVID Alaskans are getting the upper hand.

I hear a lot of pro-COVID, anti-vaxxers say not getting vaccinated is a personal decision. Is it really just a personal decision when it effects the availability of hospital beds for life threatening conditions other than COVID infections?
