https://news.yahoo.com/rep-cori-bushs-parked-car-190728630.html Rep. Cori Bush's car was struck by gunfire while parked in the St. Louis area over the weekend, her office said Thursday. Bush, D-Mo., was not in the car and was not injured in the Saturday morning incident, her office said, adding that they did not believe the progressive congresswoman and longtime activist was intentionally targeted. In a statement, Bush, who is Missouri's first Black congresswoman, said the incident had left her shaken. “Like far too many of us in St. Louis, experiencing gun violence is all too familiar," Bush said. "Thankfully no one was harmed. But any act of gun violence shakes your soul. This is a case of chickens coming home to roost. A politician who is upset about "gun violence" is the same politician that wanted to defund police. It is unclear how how social workers or gun laws that impact the law abiding will provide a solution to urban crime problems in a Democrat run city. This same politician that want to defund police employs her own private security force. https://nypost.com/2021/08/05/cori-...te-security-but-still-wants-to-defund-police/ Two quotes from this Congresswoman: Quote 1: I’m going to make sure I have security because I now have had attempts on my life and I have too much work to do, there are too many people that need help right now,” she said. Quote 2 “Defunding the police has to happen." In other words all animals are equal, but some are more equal than others.
If I were to count on my fingers how many times liberals are dead wrong on the issues, I’d need about a million more fingers.
