A Texas actress who tried to blame her husband after sending ricin-laced letters to officials including President Barack Obama was sentenced Wednesday to 18 years in prison.

A federal judge gave Shannon Guess Richardson, 36, the maximum sentence under her plea deal on a federal charge of possessing and producing a biological toxin. Richardson was also ordered to pay restitution of about $367,000. She had pleaded guilty to the charge in December.









Had Bush been the target the forum right wingers would be demanding the electric chair for that traitor. Now let's see them do it here.

Strange, there's nothing in the article you posted that indicates that this woman is both a Republican and a traitor.

I have a couple of questions for you Mr_Truth:

1) When did Barack Obama become the United States of America?

2) Was John Hinkley, Jr. charged with treason? How about Squeaky Fromme?

 

Back in the day Hinkley and Fromme were called traitors by members of the far right. Again, if they had any principle they would do the same today.

Hinkley was a coocoo bird who tried to shoot President Reagan so he could impress Jodi Foster.
Hinkley had no political philosopy. So how about coughing up something resembling a fact or source, to back up your silly little claim, or just stop trolling.

Only a real nut job himself would consider mentally impaired people that try to harm the president "traitors" because, for one thing, traitors act to benefit other nations specifically. This thread represents a new low in partisan idiocy.

Remember the old "why are progressive men so afraid of conservative women?" - not a word of truth in that slanderous thread but it should got applauded by a lot of right wingers on this forum.

The fact remains that a right wing lunatic made an assassination attempt on the president. Notice how there were no calls for severe punishment, no condemnation of society's climate of right wing hate which causes these actions, but lots of right wing accusations of flame baiting in order to distract from the issue raised.

The president is continually attacked with endless right wing hate, many threats have been made against him (even on this forum which prompted me to warn the forum admin that I was going to report this website to the FCC for its complicity in this stupidity), and every effort to condemn that bias and hate is side stepped by the right wingers.

This thread should be euthanized? Better to have the entire forum euthanized.
