We lose some homes that are old to building practices of the past that were not all that good.

We see lots with shabby homes on them where the home is destroyed and a new home put up.

I guess this home was pretty diminished by former owners.

~ I am guessing that more likely an unrepaired plumbing leak was the cause. Wood rot will spread. These homes have raised foundation of Spanish Cedar and concrete foundation posts.
