So if they are EQUALLY worthless why do you focus on black folks when whites receive the majority of them.

So you think 67% of black folks are on welfare, smfh. That right there proves alone you don't have a clue what you are talking about.

Dude you need to study some real American History and you might find out something about black folks instead of BS you are being fed.

Where did you get that from? Mein Kempf.

So a man should die and be forgotten for selling single cigarettes, hell you can walk in the gas station and buy them like that all day. I haven't seen any of those folks choked to death for it.

So the police should have the authority to kill anyone who commits a crime, so a speeding ticket should get you a bullet in your head.

You're trying to reason with people that thought Mike Brown "Hands Up Don't Shoot" actually happened. Turns out he tried to kill a cop with his own gun.

Can you reason with the far left radicals? Doesn't seem to work these days.

Because the white individuals are not screaming about racism when they are arrested for the crimes they commit. Nor are they demanding that they are owed reparations for suffering that is not their own.

If information to the contrary is had on the part of yourself that can prove otherwise, then by all means present it for consideration and review.

The same history that is discounted on the part of yourself on the basis that it details how black slave owners in the nation of Africa willingly sold their own countrymen and relatives to white travelers?

Whatever the black community in the united states may have experienced, it pales in comparison to the suffering experienced by those presently in the middle east region of the world.

There is very little that could ever be cited on the part of yourself in terms of suffering, that compares to the suffering experienced by an eight year old girl being stoned to death in a public square, or forcefully immolated, all for dishonoring her family through no fault of her own.

It is the only logical conclusion that can be reached. Humans are the only species that demonstrates an obsession with killing itself off through whatever means possible, in whatever numbers possible. It is obsessed with finding differences to serve as justification and fuel for pointless conflicts. If matters such as race and religion did not exist, they would be murdering one another on the basis of height and eye color.

Eric Garner was killed, not because of the felony offense he was committing that led to his arrest, but for the fact he physically resisted arrest and refused to comply with a lawful order from a law enforcement officer. No individual, absolutely none whatsoever, is permitted to resist arrest. When law enforcement decides an individual is under arrest, that individual has a legal requirement to obey and comply with the order under all circumstances, no exceptions.

Why is such a simple fact, ultimately proving to be so impossible to comprehend?

Such is ultimately the deliberate misrepresentation on the part of yourself, rather than the statement being made on the part of myself.

Did the Central Park 5 commit a crime?

Did Breonna Taylor commit a crime?

Did Amadou Dialla commit a crime?

Who would they demand them from?

What would they demand them for?

No you show us the Information that you have, that shows 68% of black folks in America are on welfare.

We are in America not Africa, explain to us how these God fearing white Christians could treat another human being in that manner, remember whites were CIVILIZED and people of color were savages.

Tell you what let someone bring you across the Atlantic Ocean chained to other human beings in the hold of a ship for 3 months and then work and beat your ass until you are almost dead and then I will take your word for it.

That is about one of the most asinine statements you have ever made.

You are nothing more than an arrogant, what I can't call you sitting behind a computer screen. You don't have a clue what black folks have had to endure on our sojourn in America and i don't have the time or desire to educate someone who doesn't even live in this country.

These individuals are not presently relevant to the discussion, as they are not being cited as a justification for current actions.

The likes of Eric Garner, George Floyd, Rayshard Brooks and the like, all who were actively engaged in criminal behavior at the time and who chose to physically resist arrest, however, are quite relevant to the discussion, as they are being cited as a justification for current actions. Their deaths at the hands of law enforcement, when they refused to submit to arrest, are being cited as the reason for why the united states is being torn apart.

Those who played no part in their own suffering, but still have more than they do. Just like the black community is doing.

As was stated, it was nothing more than an estimate. There is no hard evidence to discount or otherwise prove the notion of the percentage being correct.

And how did they get to the united states in the first place?

And slavery was considered civilized for thousands of years. It is only by relatively recent terms that it was considered uncivilized and wrong.

It would still not compare to the hardships that are being experienced by others outside the united states.

Do be sure to let those present know when you are forced to amputate your own arm because of the actions of your great grandfather.

The black community in the united states still does not know what true hardship is. Certainly not the current generation.

In all fairness, neither is such knowledge possessed on the part of yourself. There are no documented accounts of what was and was not experienced at that point in history. There is no evidence that can be cited to prove what supposedly occurred. The best that is had are oral tales that have been passed down from one generation to another, and likely embellished with each subsequent retelling to each future generation. The only thing that is had on the part of yourself are tales that would not even qualify as being hearsay in a court of law.

I think the use of force there was excessive, however, as someone who has been in stressful possible life or death situations a number of times it's hard for me to judge the actions of those involved while sitting on my couch. I'd need more information about the incident in order to make a conclusion. At the very least I think a murder charge would be excessive, perhaps involuntary manslaughter would be more appropriate.

I also go at both sides when necessary. I'm not tied to a political party, right is right and wrong is wrong, and facts don't have political affiliation. I deal in raw facts, not emotions, when Republicans deserve to be condemned they are openly by me, same with Democrats and everyone in between. What I don't do is entertain narratives from either side. I look at the raw data and go from there and in regards to this particular topic the raw data concludes that the sentiments of BLM and company are factually incorrect. It's that simple.

What's often overlooked in the case of Eric Garner is the fact that progressive Democrat nanny politicians created the situation that made Eric Garner a criminal(with his full cooperation, of course).

    Screen Shot 2020-08-21 at 4.36.19 PM.png

By enacting a huge local tax on cigarettes, De Blasio created a great opportunity for enterprising criminals like Eric Garner. By buying cheap cigarettes outside of NYC, and then driving them across a bridge to where cigarettes were very expensive, a tidy profit could be made selling "loosies".

Loosies are cigarettes that are sold on the street one at a time for like 50 cents each. Yes, 50 cents for A SINGLE CIGARETTE. That's what happens when Democrat dictators start clamping down with "sin taxes".

So progressive politics created the opportunity for a particular criminal enterprise to thrive where there had been none before. And the same progressive politicians that created the criminal opportunity then sent the police out to aggressively clamp down on the new criminals they'd created.

And thus the perfect storm is bound to happen, and you have the police trying to enforce the draconian progressive laws, and the progressive-politics-spawned criminals are tired of being hassled by the police that are doing their best to enforce the stupid progressive laws, and then a cardiopulmonary-disaster of a criminal's gravy pump seizes up during the arrest because he gets all excited and his bum ticker can't move the Crisco that is his blood, and thus he dies, and a holy saint of a martyr is born.

Ok yeah that may hold true for this particular case but lets by no means pretend that this sort of thing isn't a bipartisan problem.

Marijuana is still a huge criminal enterprise and cops have been busting folks for decades for smoking and/or selling weed while enforcing these draconian laws. Laws that make criminals out of the millions of Americans who then force the police to aggressively clamp down on the criminals these laws created.

And the number 1 roadblock in the way of marijuana legalization has always been the middle aged and above Conservative Christian voter. We are just now as a society finally starting to ease back to laws regarding weed and the ones who still largely remain in opposition to that are older Republicans.

Both sides are guilty of this sort of nonsense and this is nowhere near only the results of stupid "progressive" laws.

The Cops arm was around the subjects neck for about 15 seconds, enough time to take him to the ground and the hold was released. Had he simply cooperated with the arrest by turning around and putting his hands behind his back, he'd be alive today. 15 seconds of an arm bar take down might be uncomfortable, but it wouldn't kill anyone who wasn't on deaths door anyway.

A choke hold is applied to render the chokee unconscious and therefore compliant. In Garners case it was more of a headlock used to take the behemoth size guy to the ground then released. You do realize according to the NY Post, he likely died on the way to the Hospital from..............Cardiac arrest, NOT asphyxiation from a "choke hold". Had they used the tazer on him, he likely would have died as well with a heart that bad where that minor scuffle sent him into cardiac arrest. The only way to prevent that happening would be to have everyone implanted with an RF chip that broadcasts your medical conditions to Law Enforcement so they can take a person with medical needs into custody in the safest possible way. Are you in favor of that?

    Now that's just silly.

All he had to do was comply!

It was NYPD #3 in command Philip Banks III that ordered the crack down.

Modern day black people aren't being oppressed.

That is a fake narrative used to justify the lefts racism towards whites.

There is more racism towards whites than blacks in todays America.

You understand nothing about me but what you want to. When arrested, you either comply physically or you resist physically. Both Brown and Garner resisted arrest physically. When one decides to do that, the results are usually less than optimal. I have been placed under arrest twice in my life, both while I was armed. I'm still here because I complied with their instructions, informed them I was carrying a firearm and DIDN'T resist even when one idiot cop took my firearm and threw it down on the cement damaging the nickel plating. I was mad as hell, but I know how to control my temper. In both cases I was released at the scene. In the case of the plating damage, I sued the department and they paid for a mechanical tune up as well as a brand new factory plating job and new grips. Thank you officer dumb-ass, the gun was already damaged from years of wearing it on my ankle banging it into stuff while working as an Armored Truck Courier. Officer dumb-ass was re-assigned from my area to a crappy neighborhood working a foot patrol instead of riding in a car.

Being an excuse machine for those who can't control their own emotions isn't a good look for anyone.

yes and when whites have been enslaved for 400 years on the basis of their skin colour then get at me, until that day nobody is interested in the terrible hardship that white folk have to endure by the tyrannical ruling black elites.
