    TBH with the way he looked, I am surprised he made it this long. He always appeared to be a cheeseburger away from the pearly gates his entire adult life.

    One of the few I missed seeing. He would collapse after each show and his band mates would just step over him.

    yeah....what brilliant way to put it....I mean they created songs which became landmarks in a lot of peoples lives...Bat out of Hell is a milestone for me - I was 14 years old and indestructible....air guitar...volume at ramming speed....jeeezuz.....I remember when it came out....

    Meatloaf was not just a great voice, it was a performance. Paradise by the Dashboard Lights was practically my high school anthem. What a sad loss. You will be missed Meat. RIP.:(
