It could all be settled in about thirty minutes. All they have to do is put Bryan Pagliano under oath (OATH) and make him testify flatly if the communications containing classified information that Hillary Clinton received, transmitted, or re-transmitted went on a server (in her mansion) that was fully contained within the protection of a Sensitive Compartmented Information Facility (SCIF). He's the guy who set all these server(s) up, so, he should be the expert source of information. If he says no, or, "Hell, I don't know", then Hillary needs to be put under oath (OATH) and asked the same question.

Anyone who ever held a government security clearance KNOWS that anytime someone handles classified information, the laws governing national security procedures are strictly engaged. Sending, receiving, or re-transmitting classified information "in the clear" is FLATLY FORBIDDEN and carries severe penalties.
