Do these posts reveal an example of progressive hypocrisy and duplicity over time? One of the long-term members in this forum jumping on board the anti-police BLM movement? Or is this just evidence of his "evolving view" over time?

In 2015, he refused to believe that police could lie about a bungled up raid to make it look like it was justified.

Yet then later, in future years he goes on to say that lots of police are racist and commit abuse against black people.

That's quite a deep dive into one poster's evolving opinions. However I think that could be true of most of the long term posters on this forum. Their ideas may have evolved over the years.
