I understand the theory, it seems in part based on that Jews have been disproportionately represented in Marxist movements, especially in leadership. If it's the case, I don't see how that is "antisemitic" to point it out. The Marxist Frankfurt School - which still has strong influence today in Western countries - was founded by Jewish Marxist radicals. A book called The Fatal Embrace: Jews and the State (click the title for a review with relevant quotes) - written by a Jewish scholar - traces not only the disproportionate involvement of Jews in leadership in left wing groups, but also the self-serving nature of it. That Jews have a tendency to flock to things that they see as "good for the Jews" can't be denied. When people note this and see that what they flock to is against their own interests, there's going to be a clash.

The idea that Marxism is a natural outgrowth of Judaism is a canard. I'm not sure it comes from Jewish Marxists trying to reinvent the faith or conspiracy-prone people like David Duke attacking Judaism when they've clearly never studied it. Typically the "ZOG" conspiracy theory is confined to David Duke or Order types.

Similarly, a disproportionate percentage of transatlantic slave traders seemed to have been Jewish as well. I've seen on a number of occasions where Jewish groups call pointing it out "antisemitic" which is dishonest. If you get a copy of The Secret Relationship Between Blacks and Jews, you'll see that about 99% of the cited material in that book is from Jewish historical sources, writers, and archives. I think that's especially interesting when so many liberal Jewish activists bash gentile whites for the slave trade and the Confederacy but aren't man enough to admit the Jewish involvement in it let alone apologize.

It's important to distinguish reasonable, verifiable facts from conspiracy theories and not assume that anything negative about a group is necessarily a product of hatred of that group. Nobody has that problem when it comes to dragging white gentile history through the mud, so why are Jews and Muslims above criticism? I see no reason to selectively put certain ethnic or religious groups on pedestals and brand saying negative things about their history as being anti-that group. That's racist favoritism and it's historical suppression as well.

 

Nobody in their right mind would have hatred or admiration for a religion they've never studied.
