    http://www.foxnews.com/us/2017/11/18/fighting-scandal-moore-stands-with-homophobic-supporters.html

As if anyone needed a reason to vote for the pedophile, serial sexual assaulter, Moore wanted to remind you that he is rampantly homophobic as well. Same Sex Marriage is legal and they are entitled to the same rights as heterosexuals, so Moore is blatantly attacking American citizens.

Is it surprising to anyone to realize that the most sexually repressed individuals are also the ones most likely to excuse pedophilia and sexual assault - as long as it's perpetrated by a heterosexual?

    Question.

Why should gay marriage laws be upheld by people who don't agree with them when illegal immigration laws are not upheld by people who don't agree with them?

Honest question MrT, would respect an honest answer.

Honest and short answer: The US Constitution.

Gay marriage is protected by the US constitution. Gay citizens are protected by the Equal Protection clause and thus entitled to the same rights and privileges afforded heterosexual individuals.

The States and local municipalities are also protected by the US Constitution. They are protected, by the 10th amendment, from being required to enforce federal laws.

To be homophobic you must be afraid of homosexuals hence the word phobic. Some liberals just have no idea what a dictionary is.

Let us know when the left stops naming things and celebrating child predator Harvey Milk.

They are against homosexuality but support a child molester. Maybe they engage in it themselves?

homophobic is the correct term because these folks are terrified of homosexuals...or rather, they are terrified that their secret homosexuality will be exposed.

How the **** would I prove their secret mindset outside of pointing out the fact that only someone terrified and afraid would be so irrational as to hold up a sign in order to attack, "homosexualist gay terrorism."

How about you tell us why homophobes engage in this kind of behavior?

I'll say it again. You liberals let us know when you stop naming ships and stamps after the homosexual child predator Harvey Milk.

Perhaps then you can hold your head up high.

I can't see your shocked face. Must be hiding behind the terror you feel any time that you think about homosexuals.

That's nothing. Some craven little bastards think they can get away with brandishing trivialised grammatical non starters as though they can somehow pole vault to a point which isn't the nipple stapled directly to the top of their head.

People who believe homosexuality is not natural and a sin according to their own religion are certainly preoccupied and obsessed with them.

Still can't prove they are afraid of homosexuals huh. Must be frustrating to use those big words then scurry away when you can't back them up :)

Right like being able to actually understand what words mean before using them. Those bastards!

Hell we should be able to call people whatever we want and screw the meaning of the words we use right? LOL

    Excuse me? On immigration?

    https://www.law.cornell.edu/supremecourt/text/11-182

    Held:

    1. The Federal Government’s broad, undoubted power over immigration and alien status rests, in part, on its constitutional power to “establish an uniform Rule of Naturalization,” Art. I, §8, cl. 4, and on its inherent sovereign power to control and conduct foreign relations, see Toll v. Moreno, 458 U. S. 1. Federal governance is extensive and complex.

    2. The Supremacy Clause gives Congress the power to preempt state law.

    Opinion

Justice Kennedy delivered the opinion of the Court.
    A

The Government of the United States has broad, undoubted power over the subject of immigration and the status of aliens. See Toll v. Moreno, 458 U. S. 1, 299 U. S. 304, 318 (1936) ).

The federal power to determine immigration policy is well settled. Immigration policy can affect trade, investment, tourism, and diplomatic relations for the entire Nation, as well as the perceptions and expectations of aliens in this country who seek the full protection of its laws.
