Royal Navy a 'laughing stock' with three quarters of its warships out of action and 'struggling to protect British citizens'

    http://www.telegraph.co.uk/news/201...ck-three-quarters-warships-action-struggling/

Once "Lady of the Seas" has turned into a "land rat". This is the consequence of entering the EU.
The ruined economy, the destroyed army and navy, hordes of savages and tolerant oligophrenics in power is a consequence occurrences in the "One Europe".

And this is one of the most powerful countries in the military plan on the planet. The same thing happens in other NATO countries. In general, NATO has become a mockery. A bunch of immature homosexual-generals threatens with their flabby power for whole world. Is not it funny?

Last year, the Defense Committee of the British Parliament issued a report, which says that the country's navy has a critically low number of ships, which can decrease even more. At the same time, the recent introduction of the new flagship aircraft carrier HMS Queen Elizabeth into the British fleet has no effect on the general trends in Her Majesty's fleet.
Summarizing, we can say that if the former EU partners manage to squeeze out even the incomplete sum they demand from the Brexit, the sailors of the Royal Navy will have to turn to the experience of their ancestors and recall the skills of paddling and sailing.

What do you think about it?

    P\S:
A bit of history and war crimes - how the American pilots contributed to the war crimes of the Nazis.

75 years ago, on September 12, 1942, Hitler's submariners sank the British steamer Lakonia, which, in addition to civilians, transported Italian prisoners of war. The commander of the German submarine fleet Karl Dönitz ordered the rescue of drowning people, regardless of their nationality. But the submarines, who took on board the people in distress, were attacked by American pilots. The result was the final refusal of Nazi Germany to comply with the formal rules of naval battles.[IMG]

    OP

Well we have a colossal national deficit to service, Royals and elitists to keep, EU subscriptions to pay (and some), more prisons to build, destroyed towns and cities in middle eastern countries to rebuild, and the list goes on . . . and on, and on! We don't have a magic money tree you know. [IMG] Now where have I heard that before? Ah yes, from the mouth of one Mrs Theresa May, when she's making excuses for not paying nurses and firefighters a few pennies more after getting no pay rises for 7 years; only the lower ranks though - the higher ranks help themselves from the Exchequer.

If the UK navy is a laughing stock then the Russian must be absolutely hilarious and put a stitch in your side.

Austerity is a failed political choice, followed by no other nation. As for Brexit, leaving a club to save the membership fee on the assumption that you can continue to access their facilities at no cost is insane.

Well, at least they are keeping their frigates updated.

UK Navy Carries Out Fire Tests Of Air Defense System Against Supersonic Missiles (Video).....

The UK Navy has carried out the first fire tests of its new generation air missile defence system that should be able to intercept and to destroy supersonic missiles.

The UK Ministry of Defence said that Sea Ceptor missiles were successfully fired from HMS Argyll off the coast of Scotland.

HMS Argyll will conduct further firing tests of the Sea Ceptor’s system. The warship will be deployed to Japan in 2018.....snip~

So instead of spending 3,934 (in dollars, numbers for 2014 according to the world bank) per capita per year on health care, the UK should spend 9,402 per year like the US, for 2016 it's 10,345, and this will enable the country to pay for its military.
No idea why and how spending two and a half times more on health care could help with the military budget.

Don't you love how the world bank ignores the UK's vat tax when coming up with those numbers? But you already knew that.

Well, the category is health expediture per capita per year.
The world bank numbers are just one source, other sources (WHO, OECD, etc.) have very similar numbers. No other western country spends as much on health care per capita per year than the US does. I fail to see that changing their health care system and spending two and a half times more than now would enable the UK to spend more money on its military. There's no logic in that.

Yes the Royal Navy is a joke, Thatcher saw to that, her actions contributed to the Falklands war and has resulted in the steady decline of what was once the greatest navy on the sea's.

British citizens seem to be very well protected.

Navy could always use more ships.
Army and Navy both look pretty damn sexy to me right now.
    I'm liking it a lot.

Bring your commie gear. Let's see what you've got.

I think you may have missed the bit where we don't want to access their facilities, never have wanted to. Very explicitly don't want to.
...and if that means we don't have to pay for them, all the better.

For me, it's amazing how your government can negotiate for some kind of UK payments to the EU after Braxit. Great Britain was a donor to the EU. The British government paid money to various savages, Poles, Balts, Romanians, etc. To the detriment of the native Britons. It's even hard for me to believe this.

Especially when Russian submarines spend months around the coast of the United States. And in order to fix their presence must come up. Otherwise, US surveillance systems do not see them. :roflol::roflol::roflol:

Or sea rockets "caliber", which terrorists in Syria so "love".

The wipe-every-nose welfare state will consume everything else in the budget here in America just as it has in the UK

Except of course that the US spends more than double the % of GDP on healthcare than the UK. And more than double the %of GDP on military spending.

Well look at North Korea, it's all about priorities isn't it, you build up your military or you invest in community services, education, health... the economy. I'd rather live in a country that prioritise the needs of the people.
