Rudy, several times, stated that the number of dead people voting in Philadelphia was 8,021 and even took that number up to 30,000. Both numbers have been proven to be wrong. He also stated the number of underage people voting in Georgia was 65,000, 66,000 and 165,000. Again, proven incorrect. He also trotted in the 'suitcase video' to court, which proved that they were standard ballot boxes. There were also wild claims about illegals voting without proof, and the voting machines without proof.

Perhaps people will say, 'so what?' But I believe that a lawyer should not be knowingly spreading lies and falsehoods. We have seen the danger of that in the deepened division and hatred in this country. He should be held responsible.

Do you get the impression that Giuliani knows that he's lying or has he completely enmeshed himself to Trump that he doesn't know?

I was thinking about this last night as Mike Lindell did another video about Trump being the legitimate POTUS.

I have a family member EXACTLY like Trump and, as with Trump, there are countless others willing to twist themselves into pretzels to rationalize or excuse her deplorable manipulative BS.

How can he not know he is lying? He had no proof of his claims, and his claims changed frequently! And if, for some reason, he didn't know - then he should lose his license out of mental incompetence! Rational and responsible people do not go to court or on nationally broadcasted interviews with extraordinary claims of fraud without any proof.

I'm not discounting that he should be suspended. That's a given. I'm just not sure that he is aware he is lying.

Most liars will change their story, add random details, throw out some red herrings and/or include something true to the listener subconsciously believes the intertwined lies are also true. The fact that he has not done that suggests he may not be consciously aware that he's lying.

I Googled penalty for committing treason against America. This is what came up first:
“Whoever, owing allegiance to the United States, levies war against them or adheres to their enemies, giving them aid and comfort within the United States or elsewhere, is guilty of treasonand shall suffer death, or shall be imprisoned not less than five years “

I think What Rudy did with his quid pro quo regarding holding up aid to an important NATO ally unless they investigated Trumps biggest fear Joe Biden , coupled with his trial by combat remarks right before the Capitol was stormed, more than qualifies him for the most severe Treason punishment allowed as mentioned in the above quote. A POS not matter how you slice him.

I'm not surprised you had to Google it. Do any prosecuting authorities share your unusual view? If not, why do you think that is?

Even if RG is prosecuted for treason, he won't get the death penalty. Not even Aldrich Ames got the death penalty.

Being a "POS" doesn't qualify him for death row, either. Sorry.

It should be the entire establishment, not just the LW, that dislikes liars and cheaters as lawyers. At least those that disobey the law.

I also think his lies about Dominion will cost his a lot of money. As it should.

If you applied those standards up against every lawyer, about 1 out of 3 of them would have to have their license suspended. Probably near half of them in the New York City area.

It's amazing how similar many on the Left sound to the Chinese government.
    Maybe not a coincidence.

This almost seems like something similar to a form of censorship, justified by what is in the alleged "public good". (China calls it "maintaining social harmony")

That his license is suspended without an investigation started should be enough for normal people to understand this is politically motivated.

When people say there are two rules, the two lawyers that firebombed a police car keep their licenses, the lawyer that lied to the FISA court gets to keep his. Giuliani loses his for representing his client.

Since Watergate, both political parties have attacked their adversaries using the legal system, congressional hearings and any other means they can come up with to discredit their opponents. Pretending it is only “the left” or Democrats doing this is laughable. Clinton was endlessly investigated and so were many of his friends and associates. From the time he took office and through both terms of his presidency he was investigated until they finally gleefully impeached him. Hillary Clinton was investigated for years also including the years leading up to the 2016 election. It is really hypocritical to hear all of the whining and crying from the GOP regarding the investigations regarding Trump and the impeachments. Especially after he ran a campaign in which he led frenzied crowds to start screaming to “lock her up” and calling her “crooked Hillary”. Trump is a big sissy who can dish it out but cried like a b*tch when he got some of his own medicine. Witch hunt, hoax, soft coup my ass, Trump and his big mouth got exactly what he deserved. His supporters either have a very short memory or are a bunch of hypocrites.

How often do we hear, "Suspended, pending investigation". It happens all the time. He hasn't been disbarred - just suspended.

Yes, it’s called cancelled which for a lawyer means they can’t work. All to save the profession from such a dangerous character. Sarc

There was zero need to suspend his license except to get him off the cases this administration fears.

There was a 30+ page report that was the RESULT of an investigation into his LEGAL misconduct.

    FACTS matter!

Are you suggesting we're concerned about the threat of a man who's voter fraud cases were thrown out of court over 50 times?
