    If you are accusing a group of being afraid of someone's power, I would think that their proven lack of power demonstrates a flaw in that accusation. But that's just me...

    Thing is Hilary wasn't prosecuted? Even though she broke the law the FBI arbitrarily decided not to and that's what stuck in people's craw. Equally the Capitol rioters seem to be endlessly pursued whilst Antifa/BLM are forgotten?

    Hillary has been being investigated for purely political reasons for decades. Comey trashed her even though he knew that there was not enough evidence to convict her. Then he reopened the investigation10 days before the election and handed the election to Trump. All of those bullshit Benghazi hearings and the email server bullshit gave Trump ammunition to discredit her. It all worked and your boy got elected. WTF more do you want? She lost and your own crooked litte a$$hole got into the White House and controlled both houses of Congress.

    His administration was staffed with a bunch of self serving unqualified nit wits. His cabinet was a revolving door comprised of one ass kisser replaced by a bigger ass kisser. By the end of his first term most Americans were sick and tired of the circus he was running and voted his ass out. However unlike Carter, Bush 1 and other US Presidents who were voted out as incumbents, instead of accepting his defeat like a man, he threw a big hissy fit like a spoiled brat 9 year old girl. How anyone can still support this weak crybaby mommas boy is beyond me.

    There used to be a form of power called “a mandate”. It is the amorphous thing that glues the US together like “equal justice”, honesty of elections, balanced press, etc.
    DoJ has lost it’s mandate to prosecute due to it’s inability to separate justice and politics. It is always there to some degree, but under Biden with personal graft, Hunter’s graft, ignoring crimes of BLM/Antifa, the list goes on.
    It is too big to hide.
    BTW, Hillary has never been investigated independently. She has always got the Hunter Biden kid glove, “Don’t believe your lying eyes” treatment.

    I am not so sure that he was representing Trump when he did these things so for that reason I think their rationale is wrong. I really don't care that they did this either. I personally think Rudy was clowning Trump.

    The FACTS established that there was ZERO INTENT which the law REQUIRED in order to ascertain guilt therefore a prosecution would have been a WASTE of TAXPAYER dollars...not that the Republicans seem to care when it comes to partisan witch hunts like Benghazi and the email servers.

    Unfortunately for you, anonymous internet posters don’t get to decide whether or not people get prosecuted. In the real world, the FBI arrests people when they have enough evidence to convict. Ask Roger Stone, Michael Cohen, Paul Manafort......

    Yes, she lacked mens rea but she still was negligent. She was guilty but it wasn't really that big a deal, she'd have probably just got a fine. It's the fact the FBI just decided not to prosecute her for no apparent reason that is the issue. You must remember people died at Benghazi and not from natural causes or being shot by a Capitol police officer.

    The FBI had plenty of evidence to convict and they have confirmed that time and again, they just arbitrarily decided not to prosecute. Also it's her cover up which is the issue, Colin Powell did the same thing but he never tried to whitewash things.

    There are a lot of terribly corrupt politicians in the USA who are terrified of Mr Rudy Giuliani's courage because they know that the guy who would take on the New York Mafia is willing to go after corruption in Washington, D. C. as well!
