Rudy Giuliani’s fixer, Lev Parnas, turned over documents. They’re very ugly.

That's inaccurate. He only just recently got approval from the Court to hand over his evidence to the House Intelligence Committee. And the House Intelligence Committee only just recently reviewed and released part of his evidence.

But if you want proof of him talking to Trump, here you go:

Maybe we should tell the Senate to subpoena him as a witness to find out. That's kind of how this is done, you know.

He’s just a victim of the deep state. And I don’t think he’s been indicted for lying, just for illegally funneling money to republicans.

As a personal envoy and the Hunter Biden corruption scandal STILL needs a full investigation.

Convince a domestic investigative agency to launch an investigation instead of trying to pressure a foreign government into just announcing an investigation then.

No, that is not how it's done. The House should have called him when they had the chance.

Every Previous Senate Trial on Impeachment included New Witness Testimony that did not occur before the House.

So yes, that is how it is done.

How come the Parnas note doesn't have a date on it?

How do we know when Parnas wrote the note?

How do we know that the Parnas note wasn't written the same day he turned it over to the House?

So, the Parnas note is meaningless because it doesn't really tell us anything that can be substantively proven.

What "scandal"? The guy got a high paying gig based on who he is related to. While that might not sit well with you, there is nothing illegal about it.

The list could be very interesting indeed. Unlike in the House setting, there will more than likely be an equal amount of witnesses from both sides.

Then why hasn't trump ordered the FBI to investigate? Why hasn't Trump's DOJ launched a "full investigation"? Why hasn't the senate launched an investigation? Oh right because its necessary to have it hang out there as yet another bullshit conspiracy theory. Like Uranium One and the Clinton Foundation. LIke all the charges stemming from the 4 years of benghazi investigations.

Call him before the FBI and the courts cleared the information he had to be released and nobody knew what he had to say?

So, now the House is supposed to be clairvoyant?

The Dem's are in panic mode. They know the impeachment trial in the Senate is going to end with Trump remaining in office, and at this point they are desperate to throw up any road block possible. Its their last hope at winning in 2020. Lets get on with the show. Enough stalling.

Yes. They’re concerned that the GOP is going to put party over country.
