Since the Dominion software was designed to rig elections, originally for Hugo Chavez, there is no audit trail. So, aside from testimony of the guy who set up Hugo's system and his observations on November 3-4, all the evidence is circumstantial. They may find money transfers to people who brought the systems in and perhaps testimony about election insurance provided to them by Dominion's professional election riggers. I don't care what happens in this election, but Dominion software needs to be banned from our elections and the people who rigged elections up and down the ballot need to do hard time.

Yes, affidavits can be admitted as evidence. They are not, however, "proof" of a crime. Courts may toss the cases, or take the cases. If the court takes a case, then the burden of proof is on the person who signed the affidavit.

A legal Professor who I trust, Jonathan Turley, suggests that Trump's legal team essentially set themselves to be sued for libel by Dominion. If Trump's team cannot prove the allegations they verbally made today against Dominion, they could be in legal hot water.
