The NI case was different to the ones heard in England and Scotland. The argument here was

same link. If it was just that it would seem to be more an argument against a No Deal Brexit rather than Parliament being suspended so I am guessing they said that suspending it was likely to lead to that or would not allow proper Parliamentary discussion on it resulting in that.

It is asking that if Johnson goes by what he has said he will do and having not managed to get people to agree to no deal nor any other deal, he does not ask the EU for extension of Article 50, they want the court to do it instead. This court is apparently the only Court in the UK with the ability to do this.
