    You come across as inconsistent and punitive.
    So what? After Brexit, they would no longer have the benefits and/or obligations of membership. Are you punishing them for leaving?
    I'm not a UK citizen and have no wish in the matter.

    You don't seem to understand a UK-EU free trade agreement will discourage business investment in the UK in comparison to EU membership, or even a customs union.
    I asked a question about an apparent contradiction in your position. There was no intent to deny EU members anything.
    "Us?" I doubt you speak for the EU.

    No, the flight time from Boston to Lindon is shorter than Boston to San Francisco. Flight times from NYC to London and NYC to San Francisco are comparable.
    No, Europe in not "a far off place." Most Americans won't go there because many Americans are provincial.

    It's shorter because of the direction of travel, against the jet stream vs with it. The return trip from London to Boston takes longer than the trip from Boston to San Francisco, and they're both east to west.

    I know. We also have to take a side, and it has to be the opposite side of our political opponents, regardless of the implications, if there are any.

    I was talking about flight times, not distance. The homeward flight to Boston will take less time from San Francisco than it does from London.

    Because Eastern Germany is still the sh.. hole, which can not provide enough jobs and depends on West Germany to keep it going.
    Eastern Europe, would not exist if it were not for the EU subsidies. They are the same former socialist brother state sh.. holes as the former GDR are is.
    Take the money of the west away and they are just 3rd world dumps, begging for hand outs.

    Striking that iceberg at that speed at that angle would have sunk any ship afloat, it's a tribute to H&W that she stayed afloat as long as she did, the Imperator's rear thrust would have made no difference.

    What's the evidence for the 2 degree list? I've read a lot about the Titanic and never heard of that?

    He did not, the Olympic's engines were so huge and powerful they created 2 crashes during sea trials because other ships didn't realise the danger the disturbance they created posed to them, hardly Smith's fault?

    That was a specific of the Olympic Class. They had a Pool at one Side of the ship and No counter Wight at other.

    Being more powerful would allowed Imperator to Not sink. HW build crap

    Without the EU, european countries become vasalls of USA and China. The EU is the biggest market power in the world. Only with a united voice we can stand through negotiations. We see how the UK is treated like a bitch from USA. While we say Trump FU, when he wants dictate us trade, the UK is constantly humilated.

    And please, without the UK we have nothing? You do realize that even France is ahead of UK, right?
