    The OSCE Special Monitoring Mission to Ukraine staff were taken as prisoners by the Russian military in eastern Ukraine. Work on releasing them is carried out.

    Add this to the list of war crimes that Russia has committed.

    On Russian state TV, a cartoon with a rocket was shown on the Russian federal TV channel 1 in a split-screen segment, where they hinted at the destruction of New York City with nuclear weapons.

    The propagandists in the studio started laughing as they imagined 8 million people would be exterminated.

    On Sunday, The OSCE called for the release of members of the monitoring mission, who were taken prisoners by the Russian military in eastern Ukraine.

    "Hamburg will help rebuild Kyiv after the war," said Mayor Vitali Klitschko.
    The cities have signed an agreement on mutual strategic partnership. This means that Hamburg will also step up its humanitarian aid efforts.

    I am quite sure that many, many things happened under the news radar screen over this last weekend, things we will find out after the war is over.

    But fact is that today is Monday, April 25th, 2022 and in exactly 2 weeks, the Russians want their parade celebrating Russia's defeat of Nazi Germany (they always present it as if they were the only ones who defeated Hitler, lol) and on that day, Putin is not going to be able to brag that Russia has defeated Ukraine or even taken all of Donbas or Luhansk. In fact, the Ukrainians have launched some successful counteroffensives in the NE, nibbling on the edge of the Donbas.

    Great!....after the war??....that's almost like a misnomer....I'm curious how Mariupol gets rebuilt....?

    I see another Russki general lost.....I believe the name is Marie LePen....last seen April 24th.:)

    Ombudswoman Liudmyla Denisova: Russia is holding captive Ukrainian soldiers in penal colonies in the Rostov region, without having converted them into prisoner of war camps.

    This is another violation of the Geneva Convention by the occupiers

    There was a coordinated attack in Bryansk, Russia, across the border from Ukraine. A major fuel depot as well as an entire Russian military unit were destroyed.

    Ukraine is neither confirming nor dementing that the attack came from Ukraine. I suspect it was Ukraine.

    This is what the flagship of the Black Sea Fleet cruiser "Moskva" looks like.
    This is the first echolocation survey of a cruiser that sank in the Black Sea. The cruiser is lying on its left side, said Odesa diver-instructor Rostyslav Kurochkin.
    The photo also shows the wreckage of a Mi-26 helicopter. It lies near a Russian cruiser.
    The helicopter was probably trying to put out the fire on the ship. So they sank together.
