    It could be a test failure of new russian nuclear engine missile 'Burevestnik'. Classifying this information makes all the sense possible. It also explains the information about radiation problems at the site. But as long as the victims were so few it was probably a collapse of nuclear 'engine' of the rocket and not nuclear warhead.

    This is funny. Because russians don't claim themselves to be better than any other nation of the world. You just hear all over the Ukraine that ukrainians are the top of the universe and all the 'vatniks', 'moskali' etc are just drunk, pathetic and useless. So when russians don't agree with it - it SEEMS to you that they claim the opposite. :) Try not to spread your propaganda first. Than try to avoid it and to think by yourself. Perhaps you would change your mind then.
