    "WASHINGTON — Russia is using a range of techniques to denigrate Joseph R. Biden Jr., American intelligence officials said Friday in their first public assessment that Moscow continues to try to interfere in the 2020 campaign to help President Trump.

    At the same time, the officials said China preferred that Mr. Trump be defeated in November and was weighing whether to take more aggressive action in the election.

    But officials briefed on the intelligence said that Russia was the far graver, and more immediate, threat. While China seeks to gain influence in American politics, its leaders have not yet decided to wade directly into the presidential contest, however much they may dislike Mr. Trump, the officials said."

    I remember when this would have been front page news even in conservative news outlets, but we have been flooded and desensitized to virtually everything — the president wanting to move the election to remain in power longer didn’t even trend for a full day; 160,000 deaths is a hoax; Collusion with foreign governments is met with a shrug — this will be remembered as a sad period in Americas history.

    You're in a good position compared to Britain. They gave up on Russian influence. Crikey, Bojo the PM had a tennis game with a Russian for over 100 grand.

    Why would Russia want Trump to win over mindless Biden? Me thinks this is a preparation for a Biden tragic loss.

    This shows quite clearly that conservatives will even accept help from foreign governments, enemies of the US, in their absurd and vile lust for power.

    How about some specific examples and who says their minds were affected by them?
    I'm voting for Trump this year I don't think Russia has had anything to do with that what are you claiming?

    I was never more scared in my life than when that russian put a gun to my back in the voting booth and MADE me vote for Trump.

    Yea I have been thinking for months how I would vote for Biden and get a Democrat back in the White House and then I went to check any messages on FaceBook and this Russian ad popped up and the next thing I know I'm voting for Trump now!!!

    Me thinks because the Russians can't control a "mindless" person...Trump on the other hand is one of Russia's new radio controlled drones.
