Anyway people do need something tangible to relate to. The Protestants have their Bible, and the Orthodox their relics.

This is another crappy lie. I didn't say anything about 'rinsing pieces of human corpse'. I didn't say that these people are russians, I didn't lie that they are a part of Russian Orthodox. I said that what I see in the video is a mummified foot. And it means that the process of decomposition is either stopped or slowed down. I also read the link and found out that these very people are not a part of Russian Orthodox Church since 17th century and since 1991 they are not part of Russia (Putin has zero influence on their actions). I don't know the reason of mummification and the method, but this status tells me that there are no bacterias and corpse poison. So even without being a part of their church, but having a little brains which you and all your believers don't I can drink the water. Perhaps I would smell it before drinking because some methods of mummification include poisons. If it smells like formalin I would politely refuse to touch this water.
