With that said, there is no requirement that a Court be a "hot bench" - Judges don't have to ask questions, in particular if they don't have any, and simply wish to hear the arguments by the Attorneys. I'm not at all surprised given your prior racist comments about Justice Thomas that you find him "useless"

 

And judges get to take sick days too.

When did I say they can't take sick days? Also the Court found Justice Thomas quite useful, considering he just wrote an opinion for the Court two days ago....

Doesn't sound like it....she continues to cancel and can't seem to make it out of her house to even hear arguments...yet continues to give opinions which is quite dangerous for our Republic. Sure the Court can go with only 8 Justices...the problem is when you have 9, and one is issuing opinions from her death bed. I'd be fine, and think she should resign, and the Court be with only 8 Justices until she is replaced.

No she doesn't....keep up that's the point...she sits at home and gives opinions on cases she hasn't bothered to even hear the arguments for. I have taken a sick day....I don't take my work home with me when I'm to sick to work though. I step down from the project. She should at the very least stay home and get better, and not try to give half baked opinions.

I'll give you that, she's a tough cookie, the lung cancer, the broken bones, the surgeries, the habit of falling down all the time....it's no wonder she can't make it out of bed, and when she does why she falls asleep on the bench....she's beaten.

I have no doubt she'll do her job the way she wants...it's obvious she has for years, constantly ignoring the law....I'm just highlighting how dangerous it is to our Republic that she is holding the Court hostage and thereby holding the Govt hostage. I wish her well though
