The Constitution is law, and it is law that was composed at the end of the 1700's. It is not flexible. It is not malleable. The only way it can be legitimately changed and updated for changing times is via the Amendment process. This is exactly what the Constitution states is the method for altering it; but the government instead walks all over the Constitution, ignores it, defies it, then pays lip service to it when convenient, and the American people have shown they don't have the character or the backbone to stand up to the government.

People, like you, who think the Constitution can be "interpreted" to fit whatever agenda you have, are in the wrong. Such a viewpoint undermines and corrupts the Constitution and the intent of the Founders. Thomas understands that; as you clearly do not.
