What right does Congress have on determine how local and state races are won?
This is infringing on states' rights.

They should not be working, voting, OR paying taxes. They should be denied all public assistance, as those should be reserved for true Americans only, and we should modify our laws to make employing them come with such punitive punishments that no employer would even think about doing so.

Then, if they do not self deport (many would), then we should actively seek them out for formal deportation.

The very idea that governments within the US are actively allowing them to vote for anything is abhorrent, and a gross violation of federal laws.

Not true at all. While some countries may allow their citizens to hold dual citizenship, others do not. I'm fairly certain that Germany, for example, makes you choose one or the other, but even if I'm wrong about that, the fact that not all allow for it is, well, a fact.

The USA has different rules, it appears, depends on what country you have your 2nd citizenship in.

    ...
Israeli-Americans to retain two nationalities and allowing U.S. citizens not only to hold public office in Israel, but to hold US government positions as well! No other country holds this special exception to our laws of citizenship.
So, you might ask, are there any other dual Israel-American citizens who hold US government positions that could compromise American security? Yes. Consider the following list that I obtained on the web:

    ...
    Henry Kissinger
One of many Pentagon Advisors, Kissinger sits on the Pentagon's Defense Policy Board under Perle. For detailed information about Kissinger's evil past, read Seymour Hersch's book (Price of Power: Kissinger in the Nixon White House). Kissinger likely had a part in the Watergate crimes,

Clarification: To intimate that illegal aliens would be allowed to vote is not accurate; the law limits it to residents in the country legally (green card).

If by some crazy chance such a BS law passed through Congress and was signed by President, NY would simply refuse to pay Federal taxes.

Try and stop us. The NY National Guard will have our back.

Congress doesn't have rights, rather it is authorized by the people to act on behalf of the people.

It is certainly authorized to enact legislation wrt the disbursement of federal monies.

Sure, but, foreign affairs and Individuals are regulated by the federal government especially when it influences our governments and impacts the security or rights of citizens.

NY does not pay taxes. It's citizens do. They will all be arrested. Either way our government lives off debt anyway. The destruction of our country will just happen a little sooner.

They won't all step forward to risk their necks all to protect the ability to vote for people who have no such right in the first place. It'll just be you,so good luck.

Well, legal residents such as those with green cards live and work here too, so why shouldn't they have a say in local elections? Is there a current law that prohibits them from donating to campaigns?

Should federal funding be cut for states that prohibit convicts from voting in state elections?

The point of citizenship is to determine your seriousness in calling this place yours, concern for this country and that you will stick around. Why give people the ability to vote on things that affect things way down the road if they have not shown that they are serious? I am not against them becoming citizens. I just want them to be citizens before they vote.

What's ironic is that these same people wanting to allow foreigners to vote also screamed about Russia interfering in our elections by posting FB ads.

I'm sorry, since when does any State have a Right to federal money? They're welcome to continue to let non-citizens vote. They just won't get any money from the Feds if they do.

Only in the Woke SJW World.

Meanwhile... In the real world... The words "illegal alien" appears 9 times in this document:

    LINK: PLAW-104publ208.pdf (govinfo.gov)

Also known as "Illegal Immigration Reform and Immigrant Responsibility Act of 1996"

IE: Per the Law anyone in the United States illegally is considered an "Illegal Alien".

The moment the Fed takes money from that states' citizens, states have a right to see some of that money back. If the Fed doesn't want provide federal money, don't take a single cent from those states? Sound fair?

Show me where it says that States have a right to the money that the feds get from federal taxes. The Constitution even states that the federal government has the power to lay and collect federal taxes. No where does it mention anything about States getting any part of those funds. Indeed, federal taxes being able to be laid and collected by the federal government is one of the main reasons that we have the Constitution that we have now.

In any case, you might want to study history more before continuing this line of argument. The denial of federal funds in order to get States to do/not do something has been used by the federal government for longer than you or I have been alive. For example: How do you think the Federal government got States to enact speed limit laws? (<---there's a good starting place for you to start learning on this subject, do the rest of the homework yourself)
