    So if someone lets you grope them it's sexual assault? I don't think anything consensual is actually against the law(yes I get the archaic law angle).

    Don is also beefing up the Border patrol with extra manpower and high-tech optical and night vision devices and drones that will spot illegals lugging a ladder to the wall in plenty of time to swoop..:)

    It probably won't come to that because the Wall/fence will stop them in their tracks, and while they're figuring out how to get over, the Border Patrol will have plenty of time to swoop.
    PS- There's already been a wall/fence along some parts of the border for years, so it's not a new idea..:)
