https://thefederalist.com/2019/12/1...isa-memo-media-praised-was-riddled-with-lies/ Schiff needs to be investigated. He met with Glen Simpson and didn't report it, and met with a Ukrainian Oligarch and didn't report that either. And just because you subpoena confidential telephone records doesn't mean that you can publicly release them without cause other than to be spiteful. Schiff is acting just as bad as the FBI agents who acted outside of the government protocols. High time for some oversight on this rogue liar.
Dunno about that other stuff, but the bit I have put in red.....is crap. Show me the evidence which establishes there was a subpoena, or that Schiff came into possession of them because of a subpoena, please.
The federalist ‘nuff said https://www.google.com.au/amp/s/mediabiasfactcheck.com/the-federalist/?amp Still it is better than infowars .................marginally
Yesterday, the Same Member was citing House "Rules" that didn't exist. Many misguided narratives have emerged from the RW Breitbart/Fox Echo Chamber. And, as expected, those misguided narratives find their way to PF. That said, people are free to "believe" whatever they want. Kind of like Kellyanne's "Alternative Facts".
"Schiff subpoenaed both AT&T and Verizon for the information. The act has sent a chill among Republicans concerned about the chairman's reach." - WSJ "Schiff subpoenaed AT&T and Verizon for the information. Sources involved in the matter have only minimal information of exactly what Schiff did, but they believe the chairman subpoenaed a total of five phone numbers — it is not clear who each number was associated with — from which the published information was taken." - Byron York https://www.washingtonexaminer.com/...ncerned-about-schiff-release-of-phone-records And there is even a response from A.T.&T. on having to comply with a government investigation.
Now you don't have to. I just provided you with two sources. Again: https://www.washingtonexaminer.com/...ncerned-about-schiff-release-of-phone-records
https://www.nationalreview.com/the-...rutinizes-how-the-trump-campaign-probe-began/ The Trump investigation actually started many months before the Papadopoulis meeting with Downer. And Papadopoulis was first targeted when he was working for the Ben Carson campaign because of his knowledge of Naftogaz. Obama never figured on having to cover up the Koch-Glitsch backdoor deal that passed through Burisma.
And in not one is there any named source for the assertion there was a subpoena at all, let alone connected to Schiff.
Schiff committed an ethics violation as a licensed attorney by releasing confidential information obtained by a subpoena. So technically it can be considered against the law in that it could result in a loss of his license to practice law.
What are you talking about? "Schiff subpoenaed AT&T and Verizon for the information." That is a stand alone sentence written by Byron York
Nowhere does anyone assert as fact that there was a subpoena or that if there was, it was connected directly to Schiff. This is what the journalist York wrote: All schmedia crap made for people to run with and convert into fact.
Schiff's FISA Memo was Riddled with LIES I’m still waiting for his proof of Russian collusion that he’s been spouting about for the past 2 years.
yes it did because there were grave concerns within the intelligence community about members of Trumps campaign team. You know the people currently in jail?
