Schiff needs to be investigated.

He met with Glen Simpson and didn't report it, and met with a Ukrainian Oligarch and didn't report that either.

And just because you subpoena confidential telephone records doesn't mean that you can publicly release them without cause other than to be spiteful.

Schiff is acting just as bad as the FBI agents who acted outside of the government protocols.

High time for some oversight on this rogue liar.

 

Dunno about that other stuff, but the bit I have put in red.....is crap. Show me the evidence which establishes there was a subpoena, or that Schiff came into possession of them because of a subpoena, please.

Nowhere does anyone assert as fact that there was a subpoena or that if there was, it was connected directly to Schiff.
