For millions of years the planet has a natural cycle where a warming force will cause greenhouse gasses to be released which warms us further. Today we are basically simulating this by releasing those gasses ourselves which has caused our planet to warm at an unprecedented rate over the last few decades. This rapid warming is harmful because of an increase in droughts and sea level rise which will cost us countless trillions in economic damage.

 

Nothing in your post actually presented definitive proof of climate fraud. This is especially incredible given that very established fields have many instances of fraud. For example more than one fossil dinosaur has been shown to be fake.

 

First off your " unprecedented rate" comment is complete crap but for the sake of argument let's say man is artificially pushing us toward a greenhouse era which is common in Earth's history. Yes it would cost us money as things changed but in the long run there would be offsetting financial gain that would be a financial windfall. Throughout man's history on Earth warmer is always better.

 

There is far more evidence of blatant manipulation, I just don't feel the need or desire to spend another round of cut&Paste on ideologue that simply can't see the profits in fleecing believers with doom and cooked weather models I agree man is contributing to increased temps I simply disagree to what degree and time frame it will become catastrophic!

I'm a believer that this planted is "By design" created to sustain mankind thru their evolution periods! I don't believe in burdening the less fortunate with undue cost of energy that in time will be shelved by evolutionary/scientific breakthroughs long before the current doom cheats/peddlers are predicting.. How is it manufactured and manipulated? Make a convincing argument. Note that bloggers that don't understand what they're looking at and who cherry-pick, omit, and fraudulently misrepresent the research aren't very convincing.

 

Climategate showed much of how the game is played. Yes the same climategate that was found innocent of all charges by a jury of other C02 freaks.

 

What specifically was revealed during climategate that showed that data was manufactured and manipulated?

And can you present evidence that this is a widespread problem?

 

Another accusation of manipulated data against multiple studies that you didn't even care to look into enough to even know their names.

 

Faulty ice core data, faulty weather station data and countless charts and graphs that "document" rapid temperature rise that include the era in which we rapidly came out of the little ice age.

 

Claiming a thing "faulty" without any backing data has no effect on the reality. I claim your analysis faulty.

It's been discussed in here several times. If you don't know by now you obviously don't want to know. Now put up a graph with the little ice age in it and tell me how it has got so warm so fast. I love those charts and graphs.

The IPCC blames human emissions of carbon dioxide for the last warming. But by general consensus human emissions of carbon dioxide have only been large enough to be significant since 1940—yet the warming trend was in place for well over a century before that.

 

I have my own concerns with the data, but I was hoping to hear yours. Maybe I'll learn something. There's still a big gap in my understanding of pre-industrial age climate Actually, there are still huge gaps in my understanding of climate change in general. There's always something to be learned.

By the way, and correct me if I'm wrong, but that graph is actually based on tree ring data.

I happen to agree that most of the warming prior to 1950 was probably natural and most afterwards is anthroprogenic. But, it's not like a light switch that got flipped on right at 1950. It's more like a dimmer that has been slowly turned up since 1900. I think total solar irradiance goes a long way in explaining the pre-WWII warmup.

Reasonable response but I'm not here to convince any true believer they are wrong. If you want to believe that's fine with me and I ask nothing of you. It's cult members that have the burden of convincing me to believe because they are the ones attempting to impose their beliefs on my life style. I say live and let live while they say do as we demand so the burden is on them to prove their Messiah is the real thing. An example of this is the carbon tax they so desperately want that will take money out of my pocket for a donation to their god.
