    Well researchers say it "completely" cures malaria.

    Not exactly. The research is about a microbe within the mosquitoes themselves that appears to prevent transmission of malaria from their bites. The microbe already exists in some mosquito populations so the proposal is to spread it to others in areas impacted by malaria. It seems promising on the face of things though.
