Hawaii is a very pro-union, liberal state and as such not too many people here are interested in hearing about the Obama B-certificate controversy. However as is probably the case anywhere in the country, there is a strong contingent of conservatives and republicans who live in the islands.

Once the White House released the long form B-certificate online in April, most people here considered the issue closed.

I have no opinion as to the validity of the document but it would be good to have an expert examine it so that all questions or doubts could be answered.

If you want the video I would first have to consult my news director Lori Silva as it is property of the station.

I'm holding onto the Taitz interview until the September 14 hearing in Honolulu District Court.
